May the MoH be alive in eIreland ?

Hello dear eIrish men and women, how are you doing ?

It's been a while I don't post here, so might as well re-start doing it as I'm kinda getting used to this crazy v2 or rising or bugland or whatever it is called now ...

Today I'll talk about something I have posted into TD. TD which has acting a bit weird lately, but I sense things will get better soon, but that's another history:

Could there be a purpose in having a Minister of Health ... AGAIN?

Well, I think so. And I'll propose it right here, and right now.


The idea is quite simple:

The MoH used to use GIFTs to heal people back in v1 and while doing that it would also sell houses and most importantly advice people on how to increase their wellness.

Well NOW, we not only don't have gifts to heal but we also gotta worry about happiness too, which seems to be the major issue after all.

-The MoH already has around 16 golds stocked, around 15 Q1 houses to sell and 1 Q5 house to sell.
-The eIrish government already owns an OIL company (which is shut down at the moment)
-Happiness is a major issue to worry about when compared to wellness





The plan:

- The proposal is to get 24 gold (16g in stock + 24g donated) donated to the MoH so it can BUY a Moving Ticket company and make it a Quality 2 company. The company would be the most intensive on HAPPINESS gaining as possible (as far as I know, with a quality 2 MT company you'd have 80 points to spread, so if we count 20 for itinerary as minimum needed, that'd leave 60 points for happiness), thus creating Q2 MTs with:
> Zero wellness gain
> 6 happiness gain
> 1 zone traveling


I'll express the pro's about it and I'll leave the Con's up to TD and the people that hang around as I know you're good on finding con's:
- Reasonably cheap instant happiness gain. It would go great along with the 0.5gold you can pay for 20 wellness
- It's a moving ticket, so you can always use it to, well, MOVE.
- It would boost our Demand for Project Managers and Marketing Managers. Professions needed to construct hospitals, def systems and houses as well (we are not looking good on those jobs at the moment)
- This would be a reasonable way to allow people to TANK in v2, as for You can buy wellness, but not happiness
- You can keep the MoH acronym the same. How about Minister of Happiness 🙂
- It will give back a meaning for the position
- It's reasonably cheap and can be improved into a Q3 in the future if demand sees like it

PS: Thank you admins for all this great bugs on the economy you can't fix in almost 2 weeks of v2. (Not to mention the beta and the freaking 30 of you hanging on your headquarters doing nothing aparently) It's getting my job as MoInd, GM and MoH very exciting and kind as I've been feeding you wicked amount of Raw materials for barely no products. Kinda feels like imposed charity...
