Is an Albanian footballer who plays as a centre-back for Serie A side S.S. Lazio and is captain of the Albania national football team. He used to primarily play as a defensive midfielder.
Born 27 July 1983 in Gjakove Kosovo

At 16 years old he recive an ofert to play with the team of Arsenal, but he cut not get a visa at the time.

So the first profesional team was PSG (Paris Saint Germain).
He come to PSG in 2000 till 2005.

After PSG, he sign with OM (Olempique Marseille) in august 2005



He stay at OM untill 2009
The last two years at OM he was the captain.

In july 2009 he sign with Sunderland.



From the first year he become the captain of these team.

In july 2010 Cana become a player of the BIGEST TEAM EVER GALATASARAY

He still play today at 31 years old at S.S.Lazio Rome



His International career, started in 2003 he was only 19 years old and he played with the first team.
He is the captain of the Albanian National team since 2011
