thank you, just what i was looking for 🙂
but don't give too much on tax:
if you sell don't just look at the import tax+VAT
for example i sold food in Belarus and had to pay all in all ~50% tax
BUT it was q5food which sold in other countries for 0.25cc and in Belarus i sold for ~2,50-3,00cc
even with losing half of that to tax i made huge profit
and yes that is an extreme example but you have extraprofits like that also in smaller scale
so the tax is not important - important is the net-price you get
and (with the high enough gross-price) the net price doesn't have to be lower in a country just because of high tax
by giving your profile a closer look i just realized that you are no newbie but in fact older than i am... sorry if i stated the obvious of the obvious stuff. but in this game i learned that many people don't know the basics/obvious stuff so i at least repeat some of it to the newbies everytime...
hm, well i am kinda lazy, i like to think markets with low import taxes are linked to american markets because america has low import taxes, prices on all the countries with similar taxes should be similar. i have analyzed the american markets well, and do not wish to study markets with high taxes yet for a while. i do not yet feel safe jumping into a market with different conditions than i am used to.
well just because the tax is similar it does not mean the country/market is similar. russia for example has (for weapons) also low taxes of 1% + 1%
but russia has never had full boni like USA (usually it is stable with 6-8food and 6weaponboni i think)
on the one hand countries with less boni will just compensate the productivity-cost-difference with lower salaries (and lower VAT) and with this they are able to have the same low marketprices like full-boni countries.
on the other hand some low boni countries try to shield their economy with high import-tax so they don't have to go with all the global market-pressure but (because there are in-country-importers who do not pay importtax) this is not really possible & if people then buy abroad because it is cheaper then the high import tax has just killed the countries economy and with that the tax-income of the state.
i guess i should take your idea and just buy an import license for every country 🙂 and then sell a small amount of items on every single market at break even. that way if they do not ever sell i not out a whole bunch, but the economies that have been successful in keeping their prices high while having a high import tax i can sell in those markets.
because profits are so low buying licences might not be a good idea.
because: low profit - import tax = no profit
don't know how it looks at the moment so small profits might be possible but i stopped selling over licences because the profit was just too low and not worth the effort.
i live from:
- the raw-companies i have
- i deal q1-companies (buy for 9,00g and sell for 9,95g)
- monetary market deals
and newest stuff is
- i deal in q7-weapons in my country (= i buy them when there are no missions and sell them with profit when new missions come and the prices go up)
hm, you want competiition in the q1 wep factory market 🙂 lol i too lazyto get into that,
anyways, with one of the missions being build a rocket, and another being get battle hero medal, people buy q1 weps, to make rockets,
normally, people buy q7 weps and use their energy so the increas in demand for q7 weps is not too high but i guess profitable.
now durning non mission times the deamnd for q1 weps is almost zero, everyone can make their own, no one needs to buy them, so they get produced almost at a loss for most people, so a lot of the q1 factories shut down. not profitable to sell on market for a loss, then buidl rockets mission, 7000 players need 30 q1 weps to build a rocket, well thats 21000 q1 weps, a jump in demand from 0 to 21000 makes the price go up almost 50%.
but with a demand of 10000 q7 weps daily and a mission time demand of q7 weps 13000, not a huge increase in demand and not a huge increase in price. though you are right, 5% of 8 is a lot bigger than 25% of 0.50.
hm i never thought about the factory markets, i might need to try to get into that is it high volume? i guess the whole world trades there and there is no taxes nor import taxes, i guess i will need to try it!
companymarket got you a very good income in the past
buy q1 for 9gold + upgrade it for 11.Xg when special offer (=investment of ~20) and then sell for 27g
but now admins have special offer of 45%less gold per upgrade every three weeks or more often so you will most likely never sell a company of higher quality anymore, because everyone will just upgrade their own companies
but q1-market works fine and (here in russia) the average time i have a q1-company on the market before it is sold is 8days (most of the time it is just 1 day or up to 3days but then you have times were market is full and it takes a bit longer)
- you can only buy and sell in the country of your citizenship = companies always will be "stationed in the country of your CS
(changing CS to buy many companies and going back to old CS to sell them in your country works though...)
- i buy only at 9.00g (with some exceptions)
- in eRussia companymarket is nearly empty
so some try to sell for 10g or even more and because i sell my companies quick i can't drop the prices with competition-pressure to get some guys to sell cheap.
because of that i look every day when i login at the company market because from time to time you get a lucky catch
- when there are missions or company/trainingscenter-upgrade-events some/many* people try to get their hands on some gold and will be willing to sell q1-companies for 9.00g
- when you bought a company you have to wait 10days to be able to offer it on the market
(time when it is possible to offer it is shown when you try to dissolve/sell the company)
- as i said deal just with q1 the higher qualities will not sell
- no tax for selling/buying companies
*depending on your country
for a long time i only trained with the free and the 0.19gold trainingscenter and the company-trading provided always enough gold for this. was especially good in the times when you needed ~2500cc to get 1gold
but today earning 1gold through work is even harder i guess...
