On a serious note, like I said above I'm in it only because the members want to have a say. If I was to remove myself, what kind of message does it send? Too much top down decision making around here. Let every Aussie count.

That isn't the best strategy to get your guy in Guagature. We know about Jeff's history with your side of the aisle and anyone that close to the Democrats would be shown the door. Sad to say Nathan being all chummy in public with Hugh didn't help him either. KH are your natural opponents and it doesn't relieve boredom by putting up another window licker on the ballot.

Why I am not a KH member, but as an eAust living abroad and doing my duty, I wish all of you guys good luck, but also hope Jeff Vader is triumphant. I know he would be good choice for eAust, whether he wins the top seat at the end of the day or is apart of the party, he will do eAust proud.

It is not party business when it is spread across the eAustralian newspapers.
If somehow I annoyed you by just saying good luck to an eRepbulik friend, or in case you just happen to have sand in your v-jay, do us a favour and think before you type. Otherwise people will wonder why you don't like non-KH members actually saying good luck to someone who wants to run for CP.
And a side note... it is our business, if he is elected to lead the KH to the CP race, eAustralians, no matter what party they a from, can vote for him. You don't have to vote down party lines... well you don't in other eAustralian political parties and I had hoped the KH was the same... like I said, think before you speak.

TakeYo, I am eAustralian in Iran as an ambassador between the two countries. If you actually read the forums, government newspapers, etc etc you would realise that. So you might want to also actually look at the game/think before you jump to accusations. It will do you well when the time comes to run for PP and then onto CP, to actually know what is going in this big world eRepublik.

This matter is not spread across the Australian newspaperS. It is an article directed in the first instance to KH members as to who they intend to endorse as a CP . The public interest would be who those four members are.
Don't hijack other articles to push your views. Why don't YOU do an article wishing Jeff Vader good luck (or more accurately endorsing him - Wishing JV success is in effect not wishing it to the other 3 candidates. Save your electioneering till the actual elections & then you can go for broke.

BOUD1CCA, first of all, I am not firmly planting myself in party business. I wish someone good luck. And to be all honest, you should allow people to comment on party business if you want the party to grow, because at the moment you are sounding like someone who wants to keep KH as some secret society and lunching attacks on fellow eAustralians.
Secondly, it is in the eAustralia newspaper feed, which means anyone can read it and therefore it is public. If it was for KH members only, it is best served as a group PM.
Thirdly, I am not endorsing him, I wish him good luck and said he would do a good job in my opinion. So please get that fact correct as well.
Fourthly, yes the author of the article wanted to keep it civilised, hence why my original post was. Wishing someone luck is being civilised. Telling someone straight afterwards to mind their own business, is not civilised. The KH is asking for a candidate to put up in the CP election of eAust, as an Australian and someone who plans on requiring my citizenship once my job in eIran is done, it does effect me. We have no Senate = Me not coming home.
5, what view did I push across? did I tell anyone to vote for anyone? did I start twisting off at people? no. All I did was wish one member good luck (I have never seen or had dealings with the others, so I can't really wish them luck) and then I said that I think he would be a good leader. That is not endorsing. The fact that I am basically a pleb in this game really means I can't endorse anyone. It is not like I am an ex CP 10x running or anything like that.
Ad last but not least, I have already drafted an article for eIran/eAust newspapers in regards to the upcoming election. It is a part of my job as ambassador. If you actually bothered to read things properly before lunching into attacks on people, eg my newspapers, you will see that I am promoting what is happening in eAust and also using my own funds to promote a friendship between two countries.

Indeed they are all worthy candidates & the KH as a party will determine who will do the best job for Australia, They will endorse that candidate & then in the elections the Australian community will decide.

I just wished good luck to the ones who tried to run, it is a very nice thing to set part of your RL time to be a CP of a eLife 🙂

It was a good comment Dio Pumba. And I agree that being CP is a difficult & exhausting job being CP - you do need to give up RL time to do it properly.
