i would advise to just buy as many as you can fit in your storage with a bit of room left for food , weps and anything you produce

it doesnt matter if you cant fill it , just get a large amount 🙂

if someone sees it and the difference in prices gives some profit then importer will just fill the market again. so buying stuff to keep prices up won't work.

importer are also people with USA citizenship who buy overseas and sell in USA (without having to pay importtax because it is their home market)


however buying weapons when there are no missions (low price) and selling them when there are missions (high price) will bring you some nice profit - but keep the tax in mind.
don't know about low quality weapons but i do it with q7 and it works very good.

i buy and sell q7 in russia but i keep the numbers low (max 400units) because if you think you buy at a low and so you buy many weapons to fill your storage but then you get a shift in the prices and they drop even lower and won't move up again then it is your loss. but if i would take the risk and don't go for max profit then i would easily be able to sell 2000 at least.

best would be to experiment with 500-1000units q1 (if you have the cash). so if it doesn't work you can use them for your own rockets but not end up with storage full. full storage of crap will kill future business-oportunities* too.

tl,dr don't buy to much because risk of falling prices when you filled your storage

so me already having 10k q1 weps on the Serbian, and the Brazilian, and only 5k q1 weps on the american market might be too many weps already, lets see if i use 0 q1 weps a day it will take me an infinite number of days to use them all 🙁 hm, i wonder if i start buying q2 weps, lets see i do not use any a day, and if i buy 20 k, hm, it would take me a while to use them all 🙂


lol i trying the walmart thing, high volume low profit! i am afraid if the q1 wep prices drop too low people will stop operating their factories.

well market/economy is bad - and the risk of dealing in high volumes is too high so most sane people don't do that. old people have many q4-raw-comps that feed them and put weapons in their holsters... or they are goldbuyer or they just don't care and live from i don't know

but as i said don't forget the tax - the price you put on market is the price without tax and the tax (shown below the price-box) will be substracted from that. i just say this because more people than you would think don't know this. when tax of countries are changed your productprices already on market are changed too. but if everything is sold don't just put in the old selling price but check the tax for changes first.

if price drops too low that means market is even more filled with the cr4p than usually. but newbies don't calculate profit or whatever and just produce to produce.

once (when weaponraw was more expensive than the produced weapon) i had an expert who lost 2.10cc per company q3-weapon when he produced weapons instead of just selling the raw (needed for the weapon) directly on the market. he didn't even want to know this.

his argument in the end was: he would still produce weapons even if he earns less money because the weapon market is "more open" than raw.
and the raw market was like now put it up there for 0.01 less than the usually 0.04cc and it is gone in minutes or even seconds.

some guy in canada wrote all them guys who sold weapons for so low prices that the raw used was more expensive PMs so that they realize it. he was more than shocked because not even one of them seemed to give even one f..k

i too was surprised that more than 50 or more% of the people here are unable/unwilling to calculate profits - they just start producing... even now it's like blowing my mind over and over again

yeah taxes can be a pain, thats why i like q1 weps, 5% of 0.60 is 0.03,
and almost every month sometimes twice a motnh q1 wep prices jump more than 0.03


but q7 weps, 5% of 8.32 is 0.40 and a 0.40 jump in q7 weps seems high to me, i don't think that the q7 market is that volitlie,

i did also try to message people who were selling at a loss, and i got one response, he informed me about the black market, so i tried my hands in that market for a little bit, but that market requires the player to be a bit more active, and the blackmarket is much more risky than the regular markets.

q7 was before the last missions at 7.9Xxcc and yesterday the highest i saw was 9.30cc and i sold 200units at 9.0X and 100 at 9.27 (tax here being ~0.08 to 0.09cc at these prices). haven't had a chance to stock up on weapons before the missions started otherwise i would have had sold more. but i need to have ~300units in storage because of newbie-support i have. but because of the support it's no problem if i stock up 1000 or 2000units + i use q7 myself when i fight. q1-weapons on the other hand would be a problem for me as i have just a small rocket-factory and don't use it except for missions.

yeah these missions also caught me off guard, but you sure made a killing, your being more active than i want to be and so your making a significant higher profit 🙂 hm, if you ever need a loan to increase your storage or to buy a huge amount of weps.

do you think wep raw prices will drop to .03, or was america the major producer of raws and now that we lost our bonuses it will take a long time for the foregin countries to build more raw production buildings?

so wep raw will stay at .04 supporting 9+ for q7 weps for a while?

because my raw usually gets bough in an instand i think the admins are buying it. now they have the mission in the middle of week added to normal missions propably in an attempt to get the player to consume more because pumping money ingame has shown to be bad (see bot-times with 1gold = 2500 to 3000cc on monetary market)

overproduction is just too high so in the long run the trend is falling prices. the biggest problem is foodraw is already at 0.01cc on market. so when prices go down more it's just possible for food. because raw can't go down more but food goes down this will increase the raw-cost for the production of food and is one of the most fu.ked up things and one of the things admins have to prevent at all costs. their attempts to do so in the past year are a long and very funny history of fail. so they have to do sth about food consumption.

easiest but very expensive way would be to kill the managerworking. with this overproduction would be gone. but they implemented it for newbies to make the game easier - deleting it would be a step in a direction the admins don't like.
because nowadays admins earn not from eliteplayer but from goldbuyernewbie who just is interessted in battle and for this trains with gold fights with gold and has the delusion of being able to leave an impact in the game. but when the newbies then reach division 4 and meet old-elite player like Romper they realize they can't do sh!t anymore and most of them quit. the economy is adjusted to this: you don't have to learn anything or waste time with employees just work in your own companies every day - being a businessman today is only one click

what i think would be fun, people can work 250 times a day, either wamming, aka get items but no salary, or work as an employee getting the salary but no items 🙂 then there would be a better balance, new players would not have factories, so they work as employee, old players need items so they wam and not work as worker to save the 25% income tax. ohh well, i do not think anythign will change,

new players would stay because they can fight a lot 🙂

i did join this game becasue it is a capitlism, and if they take away the capitlism i will be sad 🙁 i liek the law of diminishign returns, returns are almost zero, and so we have reached the point at which capitlism says we will. but i guess gold buyers and admin bots will never let us reach no return 🙁

i also do not think it is admin bots that buy your raws 🙂 i think it is human player bots, i have been thinking that programmign a computer program to trade on the markets would be better than doing it manually, however that is against the game rules, so i would not do it, i am also to afriad of getting banned, so i def won't be doing it until the admins say it is ok, but i think a lot of players are doing it, one guy even has a bot that will automatically sell a person raws on the black market. no human interaction.

this game is progressing just like capitlism will, and i joined this game to learn about capitlism. and so i will be unhappy if they take away that part of the game. aka change it substantialy, i could write and play my own game if i wanted to build my factories and sell to bots. without trading with another human player.

+ yeah black market is nice. not long ago some eliteplayer wanted to buy 5000 or 7000 q7-weapons, paid in advance and got cheated... well the culprit was some 20something level noob so it was his own fault.

black market is safe if you have a middleman. or if you always let send the other guy first.

and much storage is not so nice

i have 130k storage and it is just half filled when i just worked my companies
storage can't be deleted and made to money.

back in the bot days i built q4-raws for little over 3gold in currency when i got a hardworkermedal or sth
now when i delete them i just get half of the 8500cc i paid back, but these 4250cc are nearly 19gold now
but investment in storage can't be made to money again

if you put like 2000units on market it will have an effect like a wall

-new seller look at the market and see if they want to sell before christmas they will have to underbid you
-> your offer will slip down from top of the offerlist

-buyers see that there is an offer blocking all others, so if i wait some guy who really needs to sell his stuff will underbid the big offer and i can buy cheaper. and with this he might not buy from you but wait

ohh cool, so if i buy 10k of each items i can control the markets 🙂 i can keep the prices low for my fellow American consumers!

as long as the price difference to other countries is small enough so that other traders can't make profit yes. sometimes countries have shortage of some products and nobody seems to take the opportunity (for example i sold q5food at >2,0cc in belarus some time ago). but it doesn't take much time and others will realize that they can make profit and then the gap will be closed quickly

Great comments here! It's sad that the admins deleted the forums, you can learn a lot from experienced players.

after citizens used the forum to citicize the development and changes of the game (and multiple citizens got banned after that for whatever reason that could be found) the forum was closed...

admins like it more to hear citique far from other citizens and far from public - so instead of the forum they now use the ticket system

Its an economic based game so economic principles work well here. This is just a case of economics.
