create a new pm to anybody (i recently realized it was best to use an inactive recipient) and send them a message, you'll get a capcha to fill out and it will send successfully. Now go back to the pms you want to respond to and you can respond agin. It is a bandaid, not a fix. I've had to reset it almost a dozen times at this point.

Last time i remember buckle had a duty to give state golds to irish citizen so they can upgrade theit training.

And except few actual irish and active most golds he gave to edead citizens and foreigners.

He....had....one....job.....

He also promised a report about playera who recieved golds....never published.

It's an unfortunate fact that any equitable distribution system is subject some degree of inefficiency.
This one, now 2.5yrs gone has a list of successful recipients at the start:

At this point, the majority are now dead or emigrated. This program was designed to target the entire population with minimum activity requirements.
arbuckle's program on the other hand, was targeted at a sub-section of the population with maximum activity restrictions instead. So it should be expected that the program he administered will have a much higher initial loss % and a steeper decline arc.

It could certainly be argued that it was a bad program. However, it is not a program arbuckle designed. It was democratically selected from a range of options. Arbuckle's duty was to carry out the decision made by the government, regardless of how he felt about its viability. And that's what he did.

-Giving golds to players who got irish cz hours before applying for training golds...that was an act of retardation.
Especially if those players were never irish citizens and it was clear they were given irish cz just to steal golds....and they all changed their cz soon after.

-Giving golds to players who were inactive for a long time...some of them for over a year is also a sign of idiotism....especially coz they went inactive again soon after they got golds.

I made a very clear suggestion that only players who were irish citizens for at least 6 months and active for those time should get golds.

But buckle as incompetent idiot ignored that and wasted so much golds of irish citizens.

It was not a bad program...the one who who was running that program was bad and unfortunate in mental department....

You fail to understand what the money was spent ON.
It was spent on trying to reduce mortality rates. It's target demographic was promising, but high risk, citizens.
According to RTK, they have all died. That's 100% rate of identifying high risk citizens. Every penny went to the exact demographic intended. RTK argues that it was a mistake to overlook him in the program, but the fact that he is still healthy/happy is incontrovertible evidence that it would have been a waste to spend retention capital on a candidate that did not need it.

sweet is making up stuff. it was simple to profit players with incomplete TG upgrades certainly it was not targeted at such a specific group as those with a high mortality rate in fact they got less. but yeah obvious multies pooped up and all kinds of zombies appeared from woodworks

and yeah vik is correct much money was wasted on profiting a few because we all know that money was channeled to only a few accounts

RTK, it was targeted at ppl who couldn't afford TG upgrades, and were hoped would be encouraged to stay by a leg-up.
If I remember correctly it was only a handful of recipients. So yeah, the money did go into just a few accounts.

AC would be an excellent candidate. His absence is unfortunate. We (EA) chose him.

He's also gone inactive in another game we play in, so I assume it's a personal issue, whether it be holidays, illness or something else..

It is sad but true, had contact with him until a few days ago and he disappeared. When I wanted to change, I wasn't able to. I am supporting Ian Arbuckle fully now.

Ah and I was wondering how Labour was "allowed" to win.

There is currently a CP medal for every 2.5 members in Labour.
There was more, but we've had game casualties the 2nd 1/2 of this year :/

so everything is predetermined and therefore there is no point in anyone making an effort to have any plans at all. Things are decided within parties on who should be CP etc based on party politics regardless of what any other candidate can bring to the table. Nice. But I learnt this long time ago anyway 😃
