HOW TO SAVE EREPUBLIK

MY IDEAS ABOUT EREPUBLIK

Today i am off at work because i suffer from flu hardly and i had time to write. So here are some ideas which are totally mine.. I m not claiming all are right and i m not saying this is the only way to save the game.. but some ideas only.

DEFINITION


This game has something different.. because it is a limited social media as well as being a game..
It is suffering to death.. obviously this is happening.

DIFFERENCE


In my opinion the main difference is the "teamwork" of eRepublik is highly better then other online game platforms. Also 3 modules in theory is still better. The games like having your own town and increasing levels of buildings and fighting with other people is boring after some time. and you lose your resources at other games and here you spend your resources..
spending feels better than losing.

OBSERVATION

But Admins must not forget eRepublik is first a game.. secondly a social interaction tool. so if they want to earn money from this game they must do something. in short term the packs may help them to keep income but in long term they will lose the turnover.

REASON


The most important asset for eRepublik it creates a nationalist approach for the players. Mostly connected to RL nationalism but sometimes e-Nationalism.. but in both case this nationalism keeps people on this game.

individual or personal goals might also help for being connected to this game but not like the national goals.
as a player i must admit that the most fun i had on this game was always at;
-fighting for my country
-fighting alongside with my MU friends
-fighting for an ally at their troubleous times.
-fighting against an enemy when they want to win a battle.

I am sure this is same for almost all of the old players. and was same for the great players who left the game.

SUGGESTIONS

Game must be cleared from the individual enforcements.
- weekly challenge.
it is only helping rich players to get more resources, rank points, reaching new levels, etc. but brings game into a more individual form. Also PP is not attached to damage so players do not need to use weapons and this is lowering the prices of weapons which ruins the economy.
- power pack
it is ruining the equality. of course it makes you earn money but on the other case non-paying layers loses their motivation to play.. and without non-paying players the game will collapse.
also 20 HP per 6 minutes means 2 EB per hour and 48 EB per day and if you wont lose FF it means 3360 PP more.. and this brings more EB, boosters tickets and storage every week.. I am not counting the TP or FF golds.
- usage of auto scripts
this is also bringing an inequality since you can leave your computer open all night and gain more PP which brings you more resources.

In my defense, to save the game, all 3 modules must be repaired but mostly economic module and the inequalities must be prevented.

I will be very glad to add your ideas into the article.
As i told in the beginning.. these are just my ideas and this is an off day for me 🙂
