G'day all checking in to see how everyone is going in the big brown land? For me I'm still bummed we're losing Holden to some Asian sweatshop made out of bamboo no doubt but most of all hope those who work on the line can get work elsewhere. It ain't fair dinkum to be told you're going to lose your job right before Christmas. Kids miss out and it makes it harder to put smiles on the little ones faces.
Back to the game a big apology owed from me I usually dump a stock of rockets and heavy tools in the Queensland battles and other wars for Australia but I haven't been on at the right time by the looks of it and missed the latest. Been lucky to snatch a few battle hero and true patriot medals so I hope it all goes to helping out the cause.
Thanks to Dr Hugh Jardon for sending me a beaut message about his player scheme this should go a long way to helping people who can't afford to pay into the game. I'm lucky to fit into the category that can so if there's any sweet treats I would have got toss them to another young bloke or lady who could benefit from them.
Not much else to write for now except for one really small request. I realise that eRepublik is not just a war game it's also a political game. I got a few messages from others to vote for this person or that person. I want to say upfront I'm not here for that. I joined the Knighthawks to support my unit that's all it is. Not trying to offend anyone but I have some strong views on politics. I don't like politicians full stop. To get where they get they lie and when they get elected they lie worse to stay in the job. If that's your thing good on yas but I want no part of it so if you can see your way to leave me out of it I'd be thankful.
That's all from my digs hope the sun was kind to you this week. Bloody scorcher topping 47 in our patch. I can tell you what I did to beat this event and it comes in three words. Tinnie. Rod. Beer.

Thanks mate I'm alright I was talking about Aussies down south mainly who got the gong before the break. I do have a cousin who works the line in South Australia worried what's up for him. Another day another dollar in the pockets of the rich mugs stuff the working bloke and his missus trying to scrape by but we're tough and will make do. That's all we know hey bloke? Ta for the thoughts.
Damn, you've just admitted to not liking about 70% of players here. 🙁
Thing is that this game is kind of rubbish for it's warfare module and its economic module. It's only the political module that isn't completely messed up and where game admin don't totally screw us all over (yet). Most of us who are politicians in game aren't in RL. It's just another aspect of the game. I wouldn't touch RL politics to save my life, but in game it's fun to get involved in the running of things.
Sorry mate didn't mean to come off a total prick like I said if it's your angle good luck and all no hard feelings but I don't want to get in the middle of it. Picking up a rag and watching the box I've asked myself a thousand times which is it either a really smart person or a real slimy knob. I'm just a worked what the hell would I know? You make a point about playing a game but sniffing around a few articles in other places the crap factory in some parts of the eRepublik world looks just the same as life. He stole my cat. You stole me bike. I'm gonna chop you son. You know what I mean yeah. Whatever those are playing at it doesn't take a doctor to work out it's for experts only. Like I said to the top lad above Dr Hugh Jardon I'm getting my kicks dropping bombs on people. Imagine if I said that out there in the real world I'd have me banged up in a camp with crazies sporting beards.

No way to edit, unfortunately. It's ok. We all make a few typos here and learn to read around them. 🙂
I joined with similar views on the political side, I just wanted to fight... I still pretty much hold those views..
But being in congress (once we have regions anyway) is a great way to keep Australia secure and stop dodgey people trying to ruin our nation from the inside, it is its own little constant war.
Being a bit involved also helps you figure out how the country works and how it interacts with other countries, lets you vote for MPPs which are your allies on the battlefield. Its interconnection enough to fighting and 'lite' enough that you should suss it out a bit. Plus a Congress medal is free gold, which can buy you some more weapons 😃
