Join the new world

Hello fellow eBolivians. With the Congressional Elections coming up I should let you all know what my positions are for the future.

1. Just like everybody else I feel the wargames should be extended and not let expire at the end of the month. The games benefit everyone in Bolivia. Improved wellness, ( after healing at the hospital), improved weapons industry, ( for those of you who use weapons to rank up faster) and improved productivity while working as well as a stronger military ( in case we need it ) are all a plus to our nation.

2. We also do need a second hospital. Q5 would be to our benefit. More fights=more rank. Pretty simple.

3. I think we need a mentoring program here in Bolivia. New players have many questions that are hard to find answers for. Having someone to help guide new players through the first few days or weeks will help keep players interested and let them have fun instead of getting frustrated and quitting. We need all the good players we can get.

4. We need to improve our immigration policies. We need to get as many experienced and new players as we can get but we need people who are here to build a life here and who will help Bolivia grow. We need to have a system for giving citizenship to good players, not just gold seekers.

5. Our fourm has a law archive. It is empty. Congress has no laws to help make things run smoothly. There are no systems for citizenship, arguement settlement, budget transparancy or Ministerial creation to name a few. I have proposed a commission that would sit down and create a framework for how new laws can be passed. Who can propose a law, how long the voting for the law lasts and how many votes does it need to pass are all things that need to be settled before we can get a framework of laws to get us moving in the right direction. We have duplicated so much effort in the past by not having set rules to follow we are not as strong as we should be. I have several other proposals that I want to introduce but we need this law to set down how , where and when I can forward these ideas.

As I have said in the past I am proud to be a member of the Bolivian Congress and I want to see this great nation grow and thrive. I want us to have what the other great nations in the eWorld have. Power, growth, industry and respect are all things we are worthy of if we just have the will to see it through. If we can't work together and deal with the issues in a timely matter and just do nothing then we all will have failed, but not just for ourselves but for all of Bolivia. I don't want to fail.

.EBolivians Hola compañeros. Con las elecciones al Congreso subiendo que debería dejar que todos ustedes saben lo que mis posiciones son para el futuro.

1. Al igual que todos los demás siento la wargames debe ampliarse y no dejar que expirará a finales de mes. El beneficio de todos los juegos en Bolivia. La mejora de bienestar, (después de la curación en el hospital), la mejora de las armas de la industria, (para aquellos de ustedes que usan armas para clasificar más rápido) y la mejora de la productividad mientras se trabaja, así como un fuerte militar (en caso de necesitarlo) son un plus a nuestra nación.

2. También se necesita un segundo hospital. Q5 sería para nuestro beneficio. Más peleas = más rango. Muy sencillo.

3. Creo que necesitamos un programa de mentores en Bolivia. Los jugadores nuevos tienen muchas preguntas que son difíciles de encontrar respuestas para. Tener a alguien para ayudar a guiar a los nuevos jugadores a través de los primeros días o semanas, ayudará a mantener a los jugadores interesados y permitir la diversión en lugar de sentirse frustrado y dejar de fumar. Necesitamos que todos los buenos jugadores que podemos conseguir.

4. Tenemos que mejorar nuestras políticas de inmigración. Tenemos que conseguir tantos jugadores experimentados y nuevos como podamos, pero necesitamos gente que está aquí para construir una vida aquí y que ayudará a Bolivia a crecer. Tenemos que tener un sistema para la concesión de la ciudadanía a los buenos jugadores, los que buscan no sólo el oro.

5. Nuestro Fourm tiene un archivo de la ley. Está vacío. El Congreso no tiene leyes para ayudar a que las cosas funcionen bien. No hay sistemas para la ciudadanía, la solución de argumento, o la creación de máxima transparencia en el presupuesto ministerial para nombrar unos pocos. He propuesto una comisión que se sentaba y crear un marco de cómo las nuevas leyes se puede pasar. ¿Quién puede proponer una ley, ¿cuánto tiempo de la votación de la ley dura y la cantidad de votos que no tienen que pasar todas las cosas que deben quedar zanjadas antes de que podamos tener un marco de leyes para que nos mueve en la dirección correcta. Hemos duplicado el esfuerzo tanto en el pasado por no haber establecido reglas a seguir no son tan fuertes como deberíamos. Tengo otras propuestas que quieren introducir, pero necesitamos esta ley el fin de establecer cómo, dónde y cuándo puedo presentar estas ideas.

Como ya he dicho en el pasado me siento orgulloso de ser miembro del Congreso boliviano y quiero ver a esta gran nación, crecer y prosperar. Quiero que tienen lo que las otras grandes naciones en el eWorld tener. El poder, el crecimiento, la industria y el respeto son todas las cosas que son dignas de si sólo tenemos la voluntad de llevarlo a cabo. Si no podemos trabajar juntos y hacer frente a los problemas en cuestión oportuna y simplemente no hacer nada, entonces, todos le han fallado, pero no sólo para nosotros sino para toda Bolivia. Yo no quiero fracasar.
