This is what you would be hearing if our current government gave a damn about what the citizens want.
It is a fact that the general populous DO NOT WANT TO BE A MEMBER OF ONE ANYMORE! So why do we remain in it?
ONE members continue to have safe congressional regions and bathe in their own self-perpetuated glory, but have all-but-forgotten about the eUK, which it deems as a backwater nation comprised of half-witts.
We should have left ONE a long time ago, and either joined another alliance or cleaned up our act and brokered peace with Canada or Ireland, perhaps. But our 'leaders' are intent on keeping us ill-informed and in the dark.

What general population are you referring to? I assume it's the new players who know nothing of the game mechanics, and only know blind nationalism. So I suppose you're right in that regards.

How about we start here Nick? I'd quite like a citation for this 'fact'. How about i give you a couple of facts? The UKRP, TUP, PCP and ESO don't have any intention to leave ONE. It isn't an issue for them. The only party which wants to leave ONE is oh umm... yes that's right... the UKPP.

I think my article was misread by some people.
I was merely being anti-membership-of-ONE... whereas I support being Pro-ONE. Being in ONE doesn't seem to be helping anyone at the moment, and our leaders can make up any excuse they wish to about the current state of the nation.
Kane... Nationalism is what will get the eUK its regions back. Please look up the meaning of Nationalism before coming out with ridiculous comments.
1: Nationalism is the belief that people have common identies and culture in relation to a common geographic area....it can mean other things but thats the most general conception of it.
2: This is coming from someone who equated all communism with forcing people into workplaces and handing out loafs of bread. “All communism is the same. Stick your 'equal' citizens in concrete cubes, feed them a loaf of bread every week and hope they don't rebel”

Its just your views on communism are a straw man since not all communist's want to force people into workplaces (they actually think thats what capitalists do) and many believe the workers should make their own bread not be handed it out by a party (many even reject parties).Its just a very simplistic way to dismiss an ideology.
