Because it is possible since the last update to work more than once per day, I have started a eAustrian AMS (Employment Service). In this way, the work force is to be optimally distributed on the open jobs.
But first, a brief explanation of the new overtime rules.
Every worker who owns a house or several houses get per hour, and active house one overtime point. With 24 overtime points, you can make an hour of overtime. If you have accumulated overtime points for more than one hour of overtime, this can be either normal working hours with a distance of one hour to the last hour of overtime, or directly after the last hour of overtime, as a night shift. However, a night shift consumes ten times more energy, ie 100 instead of 10
It is possible for the employer to limit the number of shifts worked by putting a daily income ceiling.
In order to achieve optimal distribution of the workers, I have the eAustrian AMS launched. It would be helpful if every eAustrian citizen registers with this form, and enters how many shifts per day, he wants to have filled, and how many jobs have already been filled. Also everyone should enter the number of hours he wants to work in the week. Based on these values, the workers can then be distributed to the vacancies so that any number of overtime that he wants to work he can work, and the employer can use the number of hours also.

With the new Overtime Work it is possible to work more than one time for your boss. But it if don´t want that work more he can block this by setting your daily maximum salary at the same salary you get with one time working. So if somebody want to work two times per day and there is a employer who has two free job offers, you can work two times per day for him and he has both jobs filled.
As there are a lot of open job offers it would be good to fill them with the employees that want to work overtime.

Schön, aber ich nehm mal an, daß er nicht bei Dir der einzige Mitarbeiter und Du nicht bei ihm der einzige bist, bzw. daß da noch freie Stellen sind, die noch besetzt werden können wenn man drüber redet.

Good initiative!
I thought there would be a list where you could see who has openings and who is looking for workers. Being interested in looking at that, I made a submission that is useless for this program (just zeros). Sorry for that.
