I'd like to give a special shout out to ScottCoyleSr. He's been an irreplaceable help behind the scenes for this and many other Departments across multiple CP administrations. He was kind enough to help extract code from old Interior articles in order to help design a template for future articles to be used by the relatively new Department of Citizen Affairs. Because of his efforts articles highlighting the many programs available to educate and help the citizens of the eUSA will be more frequently published.

I would also like to thank Yui, Kodos, and Carhugar1. They've tirelessly and selflessly dedicated many hours of their time to running the programs advertised in this article. It has been a pleasure working with them. The bulk of this article will have the aforementioned template done with Scott's help, and will be concluded with a message from Carhugar the Dean of American University.

We know that we are targets for Civil War and ultimately a Dictator will set their sights on the eUS. We worked hard to establish full bonuses in our core regions. That makes the eUS ripe for the picking. Game mechanics insist that those that want to defend our Country must relocate to the Capital.

Bank Up 2 Strength Up, most commonly referred to as BU2SU,
is an eUnited States funded program, run by the Department of Citizen Affairs.
The Program distributes FREE GOLD for assistance in Upgrading your Training Grounds.

Gold Rewards are based on activity and involvement with in-game
Political Parties, Military Units, IRC and the eUSA Forum.
The Goal is to help Citizens advance and become High In Strength, Low in Level.
Players MUST fill out this form ONCE every e-Republik server day
after using their Training Grounds.
Players MUST fill out this form AT LEAST 5 days IN A ROW out of 7
to receive the MINIMAL Gold reward.
Gold Rewards are distributed every 7 days.

How can I qualify?
1. Be a US citizen between levels 21-35
2. Do not belong to any anti-American group (Party or MU)
3. Visit and apply at http://tinyurl.com/nyuljry
4. MUST fill out that form DAILY, after using Training Ground(s),
to receive Gold payment WEEKLY
5. MUST apply at least 5 out of 7 days to get the gold reward for applying

A Month In Review
We have had a tough month at the American University. With the holidays dropping normal activity from newer players and us working in the University. All the way to just a lower normal number of applications to the University. However I would still like to give the graduates of the month there rightfully deserved recognition and give a huge thanks to my team.

December Graduates
This month we had some great people come through our program, and I think any MU and Political party would be lucky to receive such good talent and listening players.
So without further delay I introduce the Graduates of December.

American Universities Team
This month was crazy to start with, since it was my first month as Dean and we got a new mentor part the way through. On top of that with some transitions in the Department of Citizen Affairs, we had a bit of a hectic month. But with a great team of members behind me we made it through. Thus here are two hard working individuals that I would like to thank for such a smooth month.

Huge thanks to you guys for the great month. I know I was slow to start, but we made it.
