As a long time real life resident of Washington, I ask for your vote for congress. Whether you live in Spokane or Seattle, Whatcom county or Walla Walla county, you know the strength and pride of our great state. So do I. It would be a tremendous honor to represent you in our eNation's capitol. To assist you in understanding my beliefs and experience I encourage you to read on!

Congress
Everyone is in favor of more transparent governance. While many steps have been taken in the past to bring transparency to our system, at the end of the day it's up to each person in Congress to see that it grows even stronger. I pledge to you I will maintain an updated and readily available on-line record of every vote I cast so you can easily see exactly where I stand on the issues.

Many of you no doubt followed the "debate" that ran for several weeks over the renaming of the congressional section on the eUSA forum. With all due respect to our elected officials, I would suggest their energy would be better invested in issues like analyzing our taxes and import tariffs to assure they best serve our businesses. Congress has the responsibility to create and protect a healthy business and political environment for all citizens and that is where I would invest my time for you.

Military
As a Major in the Mobile Infantry, I understand a strong military means American democracy has the best chance to survive. There have been impressive changes to all branches of the armed forces in the past two months. I will work hard to see these changes are supported and funded at a level that serves the country. This includes full support for ongoing war games as they help ALL eUSA citizens.

International Affairs
The brightest minds in the country have acknowledged our next alliances must have a strong economic base. Every citizen in the eUSA is better off if we have ready markets for our surplus material like grain, and ready access to needed raw materials like iron. I will actively engage in dialogue to assure our leaders keep these basic principals in mind as new alliances are negotiated.

Recently our elected officials have been entering into MPP's (Mutual Protection Pact) with nearly any interested country that borders a PEACE nation. I contend we need to take an individual look at each of these contracts to assure they are in our best interest. We need to make alliances that are FOR eAmerica, not just AGAINST another entity.

Politics
Open, collaborative communication between all political parties is the key to success in eAmerica. I am a relationship builder, and in recognition of that attitude I have been honored with one of three USWP Interparty Ambassador appointments to work with other parties to foster multi-partisanship. If you elect me to Congress to represent Washington, I will continue my interparty bridge building on an even larger scale.

Contributions
- Designed Project 40 for the USWP, a recruitment program to draw in the next generation of eRepublik players and raise their level of involvement.
- I am a resident of the 'real' state of Washington.
- I have been an active participant in party initiatives to boost party member pride and activity.
- I assisted multiple Congressional candidates (including current members of Congress) with their campaigns last month.
- As previously mentioned, I am a Major in the Mobile Infantry, and serve as Press Officer for the entire branch.
- I run a newspaper which produces tips for a better eLife.
