Cuba/Serbia - Dispute resolution via billateral relations

Dear citizens of eCuba,

It is my pleasure that my first article is here to announce that the advanced talks with the Serbian officials have brought us a significant diplomatic solution to the problem generated by a few players who managed to involve the whole e-communities in our countries.

Cuba has discussed the details and also advised that the eCuba players will not proceed involving other members of the Serbian community in this personal vendetta. We also expect the same from the Serbian players who initiated and instructed the vendetta continuance against Cuba.

The players in question are allowed to continue discussing and resolving misunderstandings between themselves.

It is an unfortunate series of events that caused this dispute which we are glad was resolved to a mutual satisfaction for both countries.

Additionally even though it is only a formality here are the TW farming rules for eCuban battles:


- Air Battles - eCitizen can occupy eCuban air battle from eCuba side if there is no eCuban player occupying it before T10, this does not apply for the opposite side.
- Ground Battles - eCitizen can occupy eCuban ground battles from eCuba side if there is no eCuban player occupying it before T5, this does not apply for the opposite side.

Additionally the rules above are not valid if the battle is COD as this battle is used for FF drain.
