Quite a myriad number of people are oblivious to famous Indian movie character, Chaggani (pronounced - sha-ga-anni), portrayed by Anu Kapoor in the movie, Chameli ki shadi. Those who are versed with the character, would be smiling. Over the years, it has receded out of the mind of younger generation and today it is used as 'funny' name being given to any comic person or for ridiculing anyone, partly due to its resemblance to number '6'. It is not uncommon that number 6 is associated to 'Eunuchs'. For me , chaggani, is a character, who speaks more than he can accomplish, we got many such characters in eIndia.

Stress is on 'HE', an equivalent for fairer sex is currently under research. Out of love, for my beloved country mates, whose romance with few gaijins (Gaijin=foreigner in Japanese), have resulted in embarrassing situation in which eIndia today lies, after every seemingly fabricated triumph.

I have taken the liberty of renaming the transient liberators, a new name for their brigade.
