Defensa

Con la experiencia de haber sido ya Ministro de Defensa, Avenger Junior será el encargado de dirigir el ministerio un mes más. Los puntos fundamentales de nuestro programa para este mes serán los siguientes:

- Se creará una Comisión Nacional de Seguridad, de la cual podrá formar parte cualquier milicia cubana que así lo desee. Mediante una massmp donde se incluirán enlaces de dichas milicias el presidente o el ministro de defensa darán todos los días una lista de prioridades a seguir por las milicias, pudiendo desde el gobierno subvencionar el daño realizado en alguna batalla importante.

- Incluiremos en el Boletín de Defensa una sección destinada a publicitar a las distintas milicias presentes en la Comisión Nacional de Seguridad.

- Recopilaremos y crearemos distintas guías útiles en el módulo militar, con el fin de aumentar los conocimientos del juego a los jugadores más jóvenes.

- En colaboración con el Ministerio de Educación prestaremos especial atención al desarrollo de la División 1, ellos son los soldados del futuro y necesitan un entrenamiento destinado a mejorar sus habilidades.


Economía

Este mes llevaremos a cabo la mayor revolución económica que ha visto jamás eCuba. El mercado de productos en eCuba es un mercado muerto, apenas hay compra-venta de productos, por lo que el estado apenas tiene ingresos por medio del IVA y el Impuesto de Importación, siendo el Impuesto al Trabajo la principal (y casi única) fuente de ingresos del estado. Además, los pocos productos que se venden lo hacen a un precio muy superior al que se encuentra en otros mercados, con lo que el jugador que decide comprar en eCuba debe gastar mucho más que si lo hiciera en otros paises.

Para solucionar estos problemas será el propio gobierno de eCuba quien venda en el mercado nacional los productos de mayor demanda a un precio asequible para el bolsillo de los ciudadanos, igualando así los precios del mercado nacional al de otros mercados extranjeros. Estos productos se obtendrán previamente comprando en el mercado negro, a un precio inferior al de su posterior venta en el mercado.

De esta forma podremos tener en eCuba un mercado con los precios adecuados al mercado internacional, fomentando así las compras en nuestro mercado y aumentando la recaudación para el estado, y tendremos unos precios que permitan al ciudadano de eCuba poder comprar al mejor precio posible sin tener que viajar fuera.

Para completar este nuevo sistema de economía estatal se ajustaría el IVA y el Impuesto de Importación para evitar que alguien pueda sacar provecho de los precios de nuestro mercado comprando los productos puestos en venta por el estado y vendiéndolos en eCuba a un precio superior.

Además, como se ha hecho otros meses en los que miembros del PCC han ocupado el Ministerio de Economía, se buscaran fuentes alternativas de ingresos, dando prioridad al llamado "judeo" con la ORG estatal.

Todo esto se someterá a un exhaustivo control por parte del congreso y la ciudadanía, pudiendo acceder al Documento de Contabilidad del Gobierno de eCuba que se publicará en los distintos Boletines de Economía, siendo este público y fácil de entender para todos los jugadores.

El principal objetivo será mantener nuestras amistades y MPPs y ampliarlos en función de la situación del tesoro del país. Para ello contamos con dos expertos al frente del ministerio. Jonyb.b será el principal responsable del ministerio, mientras Kevin Alvarez Diaz llevará las relaciones de eCuba con el resto de países sudamericanos, especialmente con eVenezuela tras el acuerdo del anterior gobierno para cederles una región.


Asuntos Sociales/Educación

Desde este ministerio daremos especial atención a los nuevos jugadores, contactando con ellos y guiándoles en sus primeros pasos en este juego. Además, se crearán o recopilarán guías sobre las distintas facetas del juego para facilitar el aprendizaje de los nuevos y se propondrá la realización de clases sobre algún aspecto en concreto de eRepublik, bien sea mediante massmp o a través del IRC.


Ocio y Cultura

Este ministerio tendrá una sola función, entretener y divertir al pueblo ecubano con la realización de diversos juegos, concursos, sorteos y torneos. Trivial, poker, ajedrez, sorteos de fútbol, lotería, concursos de imágenes y todo aquello que vaya surgiendo de la mente de nuestro equipo.


Comunicación

Será el ministerio encargado de redactar, traducir y publicar los Boletines del gobierno. Su principal función será la de mantener informado en todo momento al pueblo de eCuba de las distintas actuaciones del gobierno.

With the experience of being and Minister of Defense, Avenger Junior will be responsible for directing the ministry one more month. The key points of our program for this month are:

- A National Security Commission will be created, which may be part any Cuban militia who so desires. Through a massmp where these militias links include the president or the minister of defense will be given daily a list of priorities to be followed by the militia, since the government may subsidize the damage done in any major battle.

- The Bulletin will include a section for Defense publicize the various militias present in the National Security Commission.

- Collect and create various useful guides in military module, in order to increase knowledge of the game to younger players.

- In collaboration with the Ministry of Education will pay special attention to the development of Division 1, they are the soldiers of the future and need training to improve their skills.

This month we will hold the greatest economic revolution that has seen Ecuba. The product market Ecuba is a dead market, there is little buying and selling of products, so the state has little income through VAT and Import Duty Tax Labour being the main (and almost only) source state revenue. Moreover, the few products sold do so at a much higher price than it is in other markets, so the player decides to buy Ecuba must spend much more than you would in other countries.

To solve these problems will be the government itself of Ecuba who sell in the domestic market increased demand products at an affordable price for the pockets of citizens, thus equalizing the prices of the domestic market to other foreign markets. In addition, as has been done months in which members of the CCP have occupied the Ministry of Economy, alternative sources of income be sought, prioritizing called "Jewish" state with ORG.

From this ministry we will give special attention to new players, contacting them and guiding them in their first steps in this game.
