Buckle up, Netherlands! Playtime's over, Belgium

Hello, people! This'll just be a short article, as not much else is happening as of yet (besides Germany omnomnoming Hungary), but this is raising an important issue. Belgium, contrary to their stance just a week or so ago, has shifted from neutrality to leaning towards fighting for ONE. While they have alliances with Terra countries, it is important to note that they have acted more and more as a ONE drone. Case and point? They have launched a proposal to NE the Netherlands, our much maligned friend in the north. While the Netherlands might not be the strongest at this point, it would be a great shame to let any of our friends fall. So, in the case that the war comes to fruition, we must strike to save our friends!

The Netherlands, while not the strongest, are in a position to create another front in an assault on Poland. Even without direct conflict, the three occupied provinces belonging to the Dutch but held by the Polish can revolt and at the very least annoy the Polish. In my last article, I stated that in order to defeat Poland, we needed to gather many fronts to attack them with. The Netherlands is one of these fronts. Without the Netherlands, our chances take a hit. Remember, it is much more difficult for a dead country to reemerge than it is for a weak country to grow. They need our help to stay independent, and with our help, we can give them the upper hand in any war they fight in, be it the possible Belgian war or the Polish assault.

Us Canadians are in no position to fight directly, so we must compensate by fighting especially hard for our comrades. Our Dutch friends have not been around for long, but if we want them to stay free and fighting for our side, we must fight for our FriEnds! Until next time, take care!
