A google form will be created where articles can be entered in raw format and all journalists who are entering the competition must publish their articles after day-change on Friday and not before.

Which from a programmatic point of view is kinda weird. if I where faced with where should I post weekly entries to Journalist Competition and since Country is a class and I as programmer decide what makes up the class country.

Its quite simple make 2 new "countries"

Users still pay 2 gold to publish to the journalist competition which is added to prizes and then more players is rewarded or top 10/3 is rewarded better.

Updates can now be published from a central account as well. I suggest placing this as system "countries" on top of the list.

Judges read the articles as they are written and not as some blob of text with code for images.

We can even allow judges by way of endorsements to publicly vote on articles.
