Hello Guys...

I am gonna highlight a major problem in eindia.

The Problem 🙁 :
Nowadays, we are in huge need of INR and our priority is to get the job with highest Salary.. We go to China etc... Work everyday..and get our INR... But there are so many factories in eIndia that are lying VACANT... ie, only the layer works as manager... Employer work DOUBLES the output while consuming almost double the raw material produced by the player...


Let us have a look at Indian Job vacancies and Salaries...



We can see that the highest salary is a mere 15.5 INR.. It's not enough to sustain even for a days fight.. (for players with low strength and no weapon supply)..

My sugggestion: 🙂

WE need to make Newbies or d1 players work mandatory for Indian factories... Purchasing any factory should be taken in notice because players tend to waste gold over there... The best results are in bigger players' bigger factories producing high amounts of HIGH quality materials...

Since the output is the food or weapon, the player who works should get the money's worth of goods... Mutual understanding and responsibility help to make a better economy and better player sustain in game... This will also get enough bonuses such that during wars, there will surely be enough food to use and to share...

All of this will run smoothly if there is a trust and understanding between players... Te employer needs to be really regular in checking the attendance of his workers... He/She must transfer goods of equivalent market value (OR MORE) ...

I wish I had a huge factory... But prime concern is that My fellow worker demanded more salary than my own salary...

This is a matter to think about... Please do consider this proposal and my fellow eindians, please don work for YOURSELF, If we work for a better economic sustain, We are indirectly working for OURSELF and w also are making a better eindia...
