Although there are lots of article on code of conduct for newbies but they are so verbose and filled with useless pictures that they do not read it properly or not at all.

Here are few things to keep in mind; if somehow, you have decided to play erepublik from Indian side.

1. We have very few active players.
2. We have limited resources.
3. Welcome to boring game if you are not patient by nature.

Game revolves around capturing and holding regions. The tilt is towards nations with high number of active players and also rich people who buy stuff from makers of the game.

Recently there has been restructuring of divisions which you can see for yourself. Important thing to know…JUST SAVE GOLD, don’t spend it. One of the side effects of this division change is that now newbies cannot acquire BH medals as earlier players have done. So don’t even try to achieve them unless you have special package(hmm..what are those ?..Such are paid packages for the game



, costing around 10 euros and more!) worth of damage to be dealt.

Do only free training and look out for mentors on IRC channels. Two prominent channels are

2. #indianarmy
On Rizon server.
No need for newbies to fight for eIndia unless you are given dispatch for it. Newbies must keep two things in mind : their strength and their finances.
Newbies should only participate in Resistance wars i.e. RWs which eIndia is constantly engaged in till it has funds to start them.

WTF are RWs?

When natives of a nation fight to get back their regions from Foreign occupiers , it is called a Resistance war. Now confusing thing , due to certain feature in game, sometimes occupiers initiate RWs on behalf of the occupied nation, it is related to some resistance point, which as newbie you do not need to be concerned about.

WTF to do for first 3 months ?

Come everyday online for 5 mins to train and work. Ask people for food if you lack it. Do not fight unless asked and dispatched with necessary food and weapons for fighting. Try to come on IRC rooms.

HTF do I get hired?



Here you will see people seeking employees for the company and the offers of salary for the job. Choose any you like. People usually choose the highest paying job (Recommended).

Avenues for Earning Gold?

1.For every level you climb, you get, I assume 2 gold.

2.Freedom Fighter medals.

You have to inflict number of strikes in certain number of regions during RWs from the revolting side to gain this medal. Each medal is worth 5 gold.

P.S. You only get this medal if the revolting side wins.Noteworthy, things about the wars shown below



3.True Patriot Medals.
On a specific amount of damage dealt for the country of citizenship, this medal is given. Each medal is worth 5 golds.

4.Begging ---Only if you are as lucky as me !

1.Work every day for someone.
2.Again, beg.

Should I set up Newspaper or factory ?

Newspaper depends on you, unless you have special interest in blabbering. Although if you are creative and can come up with interesting articles, you can always ask a mentor to provide you with gold to open a Newspaper.
No factories for Newbies. END of Story.

Ahmmm…..and when do I leave the tag of a newbie?

Interesting question, but it has no single answer. Mostly it depends upon you. You may not adhere to this stuff at all.

1. Once you have substantially upgraded your Training centers. i.e you have started training on your own and also able to save gold ( even in decimal fractions).
2. By your goodwill you have enough buddies to help you in progressing in game.
3. You would be laughing and scorning at this article or deigning while reading the article.
