A warning!!! A method to avoid Phoenix PTO

Hi guys,
This one is serious. I just thought about it. A normal citizen - new one - gets about 3 XP a day if he doesnt fight. But 13 XP if hr fights. As we see, there are many new multi citizens being made. IF WE STOP ALL TRAINING WARS for the meantime, they will take much time to reach voting levels or to candidate for elections which will discourage any PTO attempts. I know this will hamper our progress but do we have any other option?????? Till we have strong allies, like Poland and Spain and of course USA, the coward Indos will not dare to attack us militarily. So, they will try their ugly methods of Taking Over our Country. If we dont give them the opportunity, it would be very difficult for them! Because of citizenship rules, the stick is in our hands. We have to use it wisely and no one can do anything. Please accept this. I know the old players will umderstand and bear with absence of training wars for sometime. Once a PTO this month is avoided, we can go on BABY BOOM rampage bcoz of the new feature of Facebook invites. There are more than one lakh Indians on Facebook- i read somewhere. Once even 5-10% of them are here, we will be unstoppable.

Logically it is the correct thing to do but I am not sure it is possible now as we have the MPP's signed.

well agree to david - also wht they wil do is fly off to other country at lvl 3 - as wht we have seen before, get to lvl 7 and come back..

Like OA says, that's a very easy option to avoid this. And with the fake multi Gold they have it's not problem with finances either.

Well that's a good idea indeed, but well we have a democracy here and people always prefer a training war over the sovereignty of the country in India. So better to lose to mafia instead of loosing our own people.
Still I consider a great idea, though stopping of TW is not an easy work.
