A Lesson in Constitutional Debate

Day 3,072, 02:04 Published in Ireland Ireland by Cat Boyd

Nogin's entire argument for robbing the State treasury and all its assets is that the Constitution is in effect and therefore she is granted powers to do this. She has gone off multiple times quoting the Constitution, saying what Sluagh did was illegal, and that this justifies her actions. She keeps saying "Sluagh would of have to won the Dictator elections."

Back up a few weeks before all this happened, during the Dictator elections...

^
This was in response to the fact that the Constitution clearly stated that a candidate for Dictator had to be a resident of eIreland for 6 consecutive months prior.

So, dear Nogin who loves to quote the Constitution, riddle me this "if the Dictator applicant started the game in eIreland then he/she must be playing at least 6 months prior to the election in eIreland." Guess what: you weren't in eIreland for 6 months!

Therefore you were ineligible to be Dictator. I was the only other candidate. Whether it was in effect or not, you're in the wrong and doing something illegal.

Sincerely,
Comrade Cat
