Russia Signs Peace Treaty With Sweden

Russia has signed a peace treaty with Sweden, ending their 2 week long war that was iniated by a Swedish attack on the Russian region of Trondelag. This treaty states that Russia will be allowed to keep the originally Swedish territory of Bohus (Gained during the Irish invasion of Sweden) in return for 90 gold a month, for 2 months (starting August 10th).

This war was originally a ping-pong war, until Russia set Sweden's capital under siege. Once this happened, Sweden's resistance virtually melted away, resulting in a wipe of the Swedish homeland. However, Sweden's colonies in Germany were left alone due to the fact that Germany is an ally of Russia, and the colonies were legally obtained.



Germany Declares War on England
The German government declared war on England 2 days ago, with German soldiers succesfully capturing the English border region of North East England yesterday. German soldiers are now attacking the region of North West England, meeting little to no resistance.
This German invasion could not come at a worse time for England, due to their costly war with France that is being waged at the moment.
In the end, Germany will most likely get another weapons bonus from this short-lived war. This bonus will put Germany back to it's Pre-Polish invasion times of prosperity.
Pretty good for a mostly wiped nation.


Portugese Rebels fight for Norte

Portugese soldiers have attacked the region of Norte today, their last core region under Spanish occupation. However, there is strong doubt that this Front will lead to much "war changing" news, due to America and Brazils ,N.A.P's with Spain. In short, Portugese soldiers will be mostly alone in their fight for Freedom.
**EDIT- We earlier claimed that there was an NAP between Canada and Spain, but the Canadian CP has informed me this isn't true. Thanks for the correction mate ^.^

Republic of BiH returns to the map.

Twas a pleasent surprise today when I noticed 1 light green region permeate the peach mega-empire known as Serbia. Though this will most likely be another failed revolution, this event must be noted due to Albania's war with Serbia.Though this might just fail as a revolution, it will still re-direct Serbian forces away from Albania.

Just look at that shade of Green ! If only BiH was stronger, then I would actually ENJOY looking at the map.

France conquers London, attacks last oil region

France's 19 day war with England could end today, following massive French victories in South and Central England. Though this war was originally supposed to end in a peace treaty, France's incumbent government failed to work out the deal, which resulted in an escalation of violence.
Despite full O.N.E backing England has somehow lost almost all her land to a country with a supposedly "traitorous" (France was willing to take over the Netherland and Belgium) and "immature" government.

To add on, France at current has 2 food bonuses, and 3 weapons bonuses. Which is just a bit different from their 3 food bonuses, and 2 weapons bonuses before the Polish invasion.

Not bad, not bad at all.

Albanian forces free Albanian Coast


Albanian soldiers have liberated the young nation's coast line today, following a short occupation by Serbia. Albania is currently at war with FYROM, Montenegro, and Serbia, with there Joint ONE forces occupying 1/3 of the nation.

Columbia declares War on Venzuela

Colombia has declared war on Venezuela recently, with it's military forces attacking the Venezuelan border region of Zulian. Currently, Venezuela is winning the battle.
