American Dictatorship

Recently the Civil War module was implemented into eRepublik and dictatorships have been implemented in many countries. We have seen many hostile attacks, including major offensives in Serbia and in Chile. While the offensives against these two major powers were not successful, other offensives against weaker nations were. Furthermore, the cost of defending against these attacks has been tremendous. Many countries, in order to prevent hostile takeovers through civil war have installed their own dictator as a preventative measure.

The eUS congress has passed a meta-law and decided to implement a dictator as a first line of defense against possible hostile enemy actions. The civil war has occurred successfully and Wild Owl now serves as both President and Dictator.

Wild Owl alone is now able to pass any laws or to grant citizenship, however, he is bound to the decisions made by congress in the forum.

American Regions in Europe

Until recently, America held regions in both the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. After extended military pressure from Hungary, to the point of creating epic rounds in RW's against us, we have lost our foothold in the region. We no longer hold any regions in the Czech Republic or in Slovakia and in both countries a dictator was installed with the military backing of Hungarian forces.

America will continue to assist, if possible, smaller nations to resist against foreign MTO (military takeovers) whenever we can.
