Another election done, another election won.




As new WTP Congressman Canell alludes to, the above statement may not be necessarily true. About 3 days ago our eUSA community went to the polls to elect Congressmen, a very routine occurence. With that came a more jarring, less routine occurence - the number of active voters declined by about 1/7th, or 100 votes. The game community is prone to turbulence, especially over the summer time. Neverless this wasn’t reassuring whatsoever.



Now, I’ve always viewed it as the responsibility of the country’s Parties and MUs to give purpose to one’s playing. This game is not a solitary one so it’s the leadership of each and every single person on these “teams”, how well they include and welcome people, that overall proves to better the nation.



GOOD NEWS: We’re doing our part. Take a look at these stats below:

BSP: -32 votes
AMP: -26 votes
USWP: -22 votes
FEDS: -5 votes
WTP: -4 votes




WeThePeople saw close to no decrease in our active voters.

And at that, we saw a gain of two Congressmen.



There are many ways to identify a Community on the up. One of them is by an active shoutfeed (check). Another is by the new, exciting and visionary blood they bring forward. How well it supports new perspectives, especially those of its youngest members, are also an indictator.



Safe to say that this Saturday was proving what is proving to be a common feeling in our party- Despite challenges like which we saw on the 25th, The WeThePeople Community is rising. And that upward trend isn’t leaving anytime soon. With this, I’d like to take the chance to welcome the Congressmen representing WTP for the July-August term:





As they promised, the delegation is already hard at work representing the People. Barely two days in and they already have one of the highest activity rates. Good show everyone.

There are things to talk about from the 24th and a farewell to be had, too. Likewise, there's more more exciting news surrounding the Cabinet and a new feature some of you may have been noticing on the Shoutfeed, courtesy of Recruitment Deputy Oaks1241.
