BREAKING NEWS- Poland&FYROM Declare War on Croatia; Bring Flowers or Guns ?
Seems that the "Pink Army" and the Green Nemesis have teamed up in a joint declaration of war on Croatia.
Though there were rumors going around that Poland was hoping to attack Croatia sometime, they were only rumors.
Now that Croatia is the last man standing in the Balkans ware, and FYROM has gained a border with them, it seems as if there is no better time to declare war on the nation.
It will be interesting to see how the war between Croatia and ONE will play out. And with a new president coming into office, we may soon find ourselves a bit more then a by-stander in this conflict.
But all things considered, Croatia does look pretty screwed right now. Firstly, the "Pink Army" is already one of the strongest militaries in the world. Combine that with FYROM, and a 4 front war...eh..things aren't looking good.
The worst part about this war is that even if you win, we still need to remember that we sacrificed an end to Serbian rule for this. Seems like an end to Serbian rule is much farther away then we anticipated.

Good news everyone- the war in Canukistan is over.
After Canada's successful re-capturing of NW territories, the Canadian congress has voted yes to a "No NE" proposal. Meaning that they are no longer in a state of war with America.
The American President, Evry, has now called for a vote on a peace-proposal between the 2 nations. It is currently being passed 29-16 in our congress.
EDIT- Someone wrote out somewhere that I reported that we have "a functioning congress" in our last edition. People, the Stairway is committed totwisting reporting the truth.
We would never, and I mean never spin such a blatant lie. I mean, functioning congress? Psssh, what, and TERRA loves us, right ?
Mexico- Still Hanging in There.
Mexico is still hanging, following their successful victory against America in the Valley of Mexico.
Though all of Mexico's attacks to liberate their nation have failed, their nation has still not proposed an NE against America. On the other hand, America hasn't proposed one on Mexico either.
However, this has been attributed to the fact that we are aiming to close the war in Canada (officially) before opening up another front. On top of that, we've recently had to vote down the 2nd rogue congressman proposal we've had recently. Both proposals have came from RLC congressmen.
Portugal loses Algarve, Centro.
Portugal has lost 2 of their territories recently, following a failed attack on the Spanish homeland. At current, Portugal is trying to regain the initiative in their war with Spain by attacking Norte.
Though all who read this paper know how battles for Norte usually go, it must be reported that Portugal is actually winning the battle 39-38.
Still, if the Iberian had a "Lika and Gorski Kotar" territory, Norte would be that territory.
French Liberate Island of Corsica- Launch Invasion of Mainland
French forces liberated the island of Corsica recently, following a 10 wipe by the "Pink Army". French soldiers are now attempting to liberate their homeland today, with an attack on Slovenian-occupied "Province Alpes Azure".
French commandos are currently winning the battle 21 to 12.
Best part is that they will most likely not
Bosnia- WIPED.
We all say it coming, didn't we folks? Following Bosnia's defeat in Lika and Gorski Kotar (Which is quickly making a legend for itself in this paper) Bosnia lost district after district, until they finally lost their capital city of Brcko District.
With Croatia pulling out of the Balkans, and Greece looking poised to be defeated, it's safe to say that we've lost the balkans. And no Balkans, equals no Bosnia.
Croatia loses South Dalmatia, North-West Croatia and Central Croatia.
Croatian forces have been having a rotten time as of late, losing South Dalmatia, North West Croatia, and Central Croatia.
With all of these loses, Croatia is down to 1 territory in Balkans, that being North Dalmatia.
Sadly, Croatia's looking pretty screwed right about now. Because..
1. They're down to 1 territory (In the Balkans)
2. Their ally Bosnia has been wiped
3. Greece looks as if it will be expelled from the Balkans.
4. Croatia is facing an invasion from both Poland and FYROM.
Not the best odds, eh ?
Greece Loses East Sprska Republic, Kosovo, and Raska ?
Greece has lost East Sprska Republic recently, along with the controversial territory of Kosovo.
At current, Greece is down to 1 holding in the Balkans; Raska. Sadly, they're currently losing the battle 73-4, meaning that they will most likely lose the territory by the time this is published.
With Greece not having a land bridge to re-connect themselves to the Balkans, and the only landbridge available being blocked by FYROM, it seems as if Greece will be out of the Balkans for some time.
One question remains though- Who will Greece fight now?
Hungary Captures Border State of Banat
Hungary has captured Banat today, adding yet another chapter to their endless war with Romania. Though this war was very one-sided at one point, that all changed when Slovenia got involved weeks ago.
Hungary is now attacking the state of maramures, hoping to gain a food bonus if the attack is successful.
The attack is currently too young to comment on, with not a single point being allocated.
Ukraine- Half of Nation Liberated, Dnipro Re-Captured.
Well, so much for a "hard, long wipe", eh ?
Ukrainian forces have managed to liberate 1 territory short of half their nation over the matter of a few days. The Ukraine has managed to capture 3 Bulgarian-held territories, and 3 Moldovian-held ones.
With the Ukraine now launching attacks on Taurida and Subcarpathia.
They're winning both battles 52-14 and 37-15, respectfully.
Strangely enough, Russia has yet to be attacked, with them not losing a single territory. On top of this, Russia hasn't declared an NE against the Ukraine to help their allies.
Knowing the Russians, they may just be attempting to forge some sort of peace deal behind the scenes.
Turkish Forces Liberate Marmara, Central Anatolia, Black Sea Coast of Turkey
The sun has been shining on Turkey lately, with Turkish forces up 2 territories from our last article.
With Turkey using Bulgaria's war against the Ukraine to the fullest, Turkish forces firstly cut off Bulgaria's link to it's bonuses in Turkey. (2 food, 1 weapons at the time.)
Using the initiative, Turkey then went on to liberate the Black Sea Coast and Central Anatolia. During this whole process, Turkey did lose South Eastern Anatolia.
Turkey is now attacking Aegean Coast of Turkey (Winning 49-6), and defending Black Sea Coast of Turkey from Bulgaria (Scratch that, they won the campaign)
Arab Rebels Defeated- Middle East Shining Blue
Cyprus has recaptured all their colonies in the Middle-East, following the House of Saud's recent revolt in the area against Cypriot rule.
With how active the rebels have been lately, we can expect the 4th Arab revolt soon. (Ha'il is being attacked by Saudi, and is being defended 68-42.)
As mentioned earlier, this war is less about bonuses, and more about keeping TEDEN control of the region.
Sure, there are 2 Cypriot bonuses on the line here, but there are also 2 Israeli bonuses, 2 Iranian Bonuses, and 9 Greek Bonuses.
UAE-WIPED
Iran has wiped the small nation of UAE recently, all for 1 bonus.
Not much to say now, is there ?
Brozil Declares War on Indonesia- Let the Games beginth!
Brazil has declared war on Indonesia recently, with Brozillian forces attacking the Indonesian occupied territory of Queensland.
This war was most likely declared to liberate Brazil's ally Australia. Though I'm don't recall the 2 nations ever having a direct military venture together, we must remember that Australia threw their Kiwi brothers out the door to support Argentina (A Brazilian ally) in their war against them.
Brazil is winning the battle 28-5.
It also seems as if Brazilian-Backed Aussie rebels are attempting to liberate the territory of Western Australia. Australia is winning the battle 63-6.
We can expect that, at the very least, Indo will lose their empire. At the worst- A Wipe ?
One Awkward War ends, another begins. No rest for the weary, eh ?
News From The Australian front
Not much action on the Australian front as the dust settles over the outback. Brazil, in an effort to aid their allies, declared and passed a Natural Enemy proposal against Indonesia by a 33-4 margin. Brazil has two connections with the Indonesian empire: the Brazilian colonies in South Africa to Western Australia, which is currently undergoing a resistance war, and the Brazilian colonies in Peru to Queensland. At 17:22 eRep time, Australia was winning Western Australia 46-6 and Brazil winning Queensland 11-0. Coupled with an ongoing resistance war in Mindanao (Indonesia winning 58-8 at 17:22 eRep) and upcoming Malaysian resistance wars, Indonesia, the ONE powerhouse in Asia, is quite likely to be pushed back to its original borders over the next few weeks.
