CANAM Peace- An Update.
Canada and America have moved a step further to peace recently, with Canada successfully liberating the Yukon today. In addition to this, Canada is currently passing the 2nd peace-proposal needed to secure a treaty. (Both sides need to pass 2 treaties, I believe)
With Ontario likely to be handed over to the Canuks in coming days, and congress on both sides looking poised to pass their peace treaties, this awkward war may soon be over.

Brozil under Siege- 4 RW's, One Day.
Brozil is currently coming under siege VIA 4 dangerous RW's today. This seems to be an Indo attempt to thin out Brazil's army, with the overall goal being to halt the Brazilian invasion of the Indonesian homeland.
The Stats are as follows..
Lima: 68-64 for Brazil
Central East Chaco: 64-46 for Paraguay's rebels.
Western Cape- 70-40 for Brazil
Queensland- 9-2 for Brazil

Sea of Blue- Middle East Remains in TEDEN hands.
The House of Saud has been defeated yet again, following an un-successful revolt in Al Riyadh. Though the Arabian rebels have been gaining sway over the last few weeks, their last revolt lasting the longest out of the 3 they've launched in this paper's history, they've met nothing but defeat as of late.

Turkey Defeated in Plovdiv
Bulgaria has regained the initiative in their war with Turkey, following a successful defense of Plovdiv today.
Turkey has been denied a weapon's bonus thanks to this, and Bulgaria will now be able to attack the border state of Marmara.
In related news, Turkish forces have lost the battle for Taurida. However, this was most likely a landswap, due to the fact that the Ukraine and Turkey are allies.
That being said, I mentioned last article that there was quite a bit of resistance towards this territory changing hands.
One possibility for this is that if Turkey was to be invaded by Serbia&Bulgaria, each would be able to have a saltpepper region if Turkey kept Taurida.

Croatia- Wipe on the Way ?
Croatian forces are now down to 1 territory, following the complete obliteration of their adopted homeland in the heart of Europe recently.
With Slovenia attacking the Croatian capital of Burgenland,it seems to be almost poetic justice that Croatia gets wiped by their former colony.
Slovenia is currently winning the battle for Burgenland 62-15.

France Captures Sardinia
France has won it's war over Slovenia recently, following the French victory in the island of Sardinia.
Though France will not have to worry about Slovenia anymore, there is still the ever-present threat of Poland to the North.

Ukraine attacks Chisinau
Yep, the Ukraine is back at it's age-old habit of fighting Moldova. Though a white-peace was made between the 2 nations, that was broken when Moldova attacked the Ukraine in retaliation for their attack on Moscow, in retaliation for Russia's attack on Latgale, in retaliation for Latvia's attack on Moscow.
So as you can see, this whole thing started because everyone just couldn't keep their hands off Moscow.
Ukraine is winning the battle for Chisinau 80-30, and will get yet another food bonus if they win this battle.

Brazil Captures Lesser Sunda Islands
Brazil has successfully captured one of Indonesia's home territories recently, following the Brazilian victory in Lesser Sunda Islands.
Though this hasn't cost Indonesia a bonus, it is still a major victory for the Brazilian war effort.

Finland drops border with Latvia, maintains Estonian colonies
Finland has long used their weaker Southern neighbor, Estonia, for additional resource bonuses. The regions Kesk-Eesti and Kirde-Eesti supply Finland with 20% bonuses to food and weapons, bringing their total bonus to 40% and 60%, respectively. The ABC nations (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), however, take strong offense to Finland's violation of their national sovereignty for resources. Latvia has generally been Estonia's protector along its own southern border, and, after Finland secured Laane-Eesti (a region bordering Latvia) on August 5th, Latvia immediately proposed Natural Enemy to push Finland out of Estonia, as they had done following Estonia's wipe in July, and possibly conquer Finnish regions, as they had done in June. The Finnish Ministry of Defense responded to the Latvian NE with a strategic retreat from Laane-Eesti, eliminating the border necessary for Latvian counterattack. There is hope for Estonia, though. The ABC nations in the past had struggled to free Estonia while simultaneously clashing with Russia to the east and Belarus to the south. Currently, these nations are free to use all their influence to fight for Estonia's sovereignty. At the same time, EDEN's efforts are, as usual, focused on the Balkan conflicts. It does not seem likely that EDEN HQ will send much support to the Finland-Estonia front.

Denmark's Independant: How Long will it Last?
Denmark today has won a resistance battle in their northern most region, Nordjylland. This event, Denmark gaining independence, is a once in a blue moon event, as ever since Germany's and Denmark's merger, Denmark has only gained it's independence to either block invading countries like the UK, or when people RW a region to damage drain Germany, as it seems to be in this case.
Germany's currently winning a retaking of the territory 31-2

Argentine Empire Stands Firm
The Argentine Empire stills stands firm today, Maintaining it's firm control of Southern South American (Yo Dawg.....)
The only fighting going on today is (another) RW in Zona Sur, where Chilean rebels are trying to free their homeland.
Argentina's winning the battle 20-2
