[UKRP] Dapper to get a Whistleblower Guardian

Hello today I bring you some breaking UKRP news.

With the recent scandals caused by our favourite multi named prophet we have decided that it's probably more exciting to encourage him to constantly spout bullshit than us waiting for the other parties to actually wake up and cause us some competition. So after completely stealing all our ideas from Sir Robert Francis and his 'Freedom to Speak Up' review in the NHS (irl NHS obvs). We are proud to announce...

We have paid to good party money to get Dapper a whistleblower guardian so he can have the courage to constantly speak out without fear of being bullied and isolated by all you nasty trolls.

As a party we are extremely proud to be able to offer this scheme to dapper and hope it creates many more whistleblower articles for us all to laugh at and enjoy. On top of this we will be able to support Dapper through the tough times and allow him to continue his lifelong goals of being a little stupid in the eyes of everyone without his life being ruined.

Oh also if Wayne wants a guardian angel too please tell him to go do one as no one cares about him and his multis.
