Good Day and welcome to issue #8 of the New UK Today!

The Library Scheme is getting an overdue republication of all of it's articles soon, so do not worry when the media is swamped by MoHA articles, but be sure to take a look and vote!
The Town Hall Scheme has been expanded. As you may have read in Daniel Thorrold's manifesto, you may now get funding for a town center providing you have the appropriate companies and you are a member of the UK Military. Also now, you can apply for funding if you are in a militia so long as your militia leader posts a topic requesting funding, they'll become eligable. However, to provide some advantage to the UKAF, militia members will only receive funding up to a Q4 center.
If you haven't already, why not sign up to the MoHA Tournament? You have tomorrow to sign up for the first game which you can find here. Be sure to read the thread, as many prizes lay ahead for the winners!

Remember to keep up with the Military news by reading and subscribing to the MoD newspaper here.
Keep an eye out on all the other government articles by subscribing to them using the links below.
Tip: You can spot all government articles by the [UKGov] tag so be sure to vote and subscribe any articles you see with that.
Remember to Vote and Subscribe to the Ministry of Defence paper because it has daily orders instructing you where to fight.
The Prime Minister will make most of his announcements in the Announcements section of the Forums which I strongly advise you read, however it is still important that you read his paper when an article is released.
Make sure you join the official UK forums!
