各位，在和哥倫比亞囧統和其他盟友們的商討過後，我們決定開始解放菲律賓並消滅周邊威脅的行動，對克羅地亞宣戰了：

這個舉動的目的很簡單：解放菲律賓，並且為eC和廣大盟友們清除潛在的威脅，是以此舉不應被該視為對克羅地亞的侵略，我們只為建立地區和平而努力。

另外，希望各位能夠支持eC，打一場小戰爭，因為eC已經很久很久沒有打過自己的仗了，而此舉亦可激活不少三擊中或沉睡中的玩家，為這個遊戲增添生氣。議員們，請投下你們贊成的一票，你的支持不可少，遊戲將會因你而變得更為有趣和愉快！

最後，澄清一點謠言：
有關於eC內有人不斷於盟友的IRC/討論貼/PM當中誣蔑本人與克羅地亞簽署NAP一事，本人可以確認並無此事，我並沒有簽署任何形式的NAP。如果有人繼續散播謠言，我會追究到底。

Ladies and gentlemen, after several discussions with eColombia and some of our allies, we have decided to liberate the ePhilippines and eliminate the potential threats of ourselves and our allies.

The aim of this actions is very simple: liberating the ePhilippines and create a healthy and stable environment for our allies in Southeast Asia region. This action should not be treated as in invasion of eCroatia as we are fighting for a peaceful environment for our neighbours. We are neutral towards our NE target, and respectful as before, as we are just helping our neighbors.

Last but not least, something to clarify: there was no NAP being signed in any form between eChina and eCroatia, so for those who had passing this rumour around please stop it, it is definitely not the truth.
