[THE UNOFFICIAL CP] Getting this country back on track

Day 2,432, 11:19 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Citizen 4945322

Day 2432

Recent, lets say, unsavoury actions from within our small country will mean that in the next few days there should be passed an impeachment by congress.

This will mean that I will be appointed CP, as I should have been done thirteen days ago and this whole mess would have been avoided but that's a different story. Along with being appointed CP, I plan on changing the cabinet, mostly because I would not feel comfortable with some of those members working under me.

This article is sort of like my entrance speech, sort of like announcing stuff from the past 13 days that should have already been announced. Its also a sort of contingency plan as to what I plan to do when given the power.

Firstly, I'd like to announce that Appleby will be hopefully returning the funds that he restrained from BA for use by my Government. I will personally make sure that I have no personal access to them, and will entrust the money in the honest and capable hands of my MoF, whom I am sure you will all agree can and has been trusted. This is more so that you can be sure I won't pull a CCS/BA or whatever we are calling it nowadays.

Secondly, I'll also be ticketing the admins upon being appointed CP as to try, hopefully not in vain, to regain some or all of the money stolen from us, as well as to reset all the org passwords and then hand them out to the right Ministries. Certainly I think that the Admins would return the money stolen from the private Orgs that only through their sheer incompetence did BA even get access to in the first place.

THE CABINET

We have seventeen days left of this Government, and I plan on making a good job of it. There is only two ministries I have been impressed by, and for that reason they are the only ministries that I am keeping on.

CP: Myself
vCP: NWG
NWG is an obvious choice, as he is respected both domestically and more importantly internationally. He can hopefully use his experience to keep our Government in check.

MoD: Akarin Weston and Sir Robert V
Aside from NWG, the only two ministers to retain their positions from BA's cabinet. Akarin Weston has done a terrific job in keeping the newspaper updated and orders rolling out, and Robert assures me that he did not have access to the org or money so was unable largely to fulfil his side of the ministry, a fact I believe. He still deserves a shot.

MoFA: Kapten Johnson and Ayame Crocodile
Two experienced members who will both be able to be trusted upon with our foreign affairs.

MoHA: WookieO
WookieO is gonna oversee this department. I would also like a couple of more inexperienced members of the public who would like a shot at trying out a ministry to contact me about helping here.

MoF: Huey George and his team
Rather unfairly pushed aside a few days ago with his reputation questioned, Huey is a person whom I'm sure we can all put our trust in to look after the country's money.

Prime Minister, or the Official Government Spokesperson: Alex Popovic
Moriarty lives up to his promises.

I'd also be interested in starting off a few members of the wider political sphere in Government. Diversity in this time is key, and it is diversity in our Government that could bring us together. I hope that I can do a good job in the time I've got left. Certainly, if I do worse than the last guy, then I know then that it was never meant to be.

REFERENDUM RESULTS

The eUK almost unanimously voted to stay within the SIRIUS alliance in the referendum held under the last Government, an announcement that was never made. Thankyou to ACroc for the graphic.

THis will hopefully put this issue to bed. The eUK are proud to be members of this alliance, and we have witnessed the help that our allies can give us recently with the liberation of many of our territories from under the power of our Argentinian oppressors.

Signing off for the first time,

Moriarty
