[Taoiseach] Second Update

Day 2,797, 13:52 Published in Ireland South Korea by An Sluagh

Citizens of the Republic,

Below you will find my second update giving you all details of what has been going on the past week.

[FOREIGN AFFAIRS]

We have so far only signed one MPP in my term and that was with Chile which they paid for.

We are still to sign with our Balkan brothers, Macedonia, who have paid 5000cc towards our half of the MPPp, the remainder was paid by Machiavelli

We are also going to be signing a further two MPPs with

Spain which is a nation we've become increasingly friendly with and our friendship is being demonstrated in each others resistance wars. They will be paying our half of the MPP as well as their own.

Croatia has been a true Brother to eIreland for as long as I can remember. We have always been together and our relationship is so strong that eIreland has become home to many eCroatians. They will also be paying our half of the MPP as well as their own.

HOME AFFAIRS

We have had a bit of a bumpy ride to begin with but I am happy to announce that everything is now on course and this Ministry is operating at a consistent rate.

Colin Fox has become occupied with real life and I have replaced him with the notorious ex-Minister of Community - Tara C.

She has relaunced the eIrish Newspaper Awards which you can find here.

Elite C has also returned following a short absent spell and has already launched an eLotto. All citizens regardless of citizenship are welcome to play. You can read more about it here.

The Community is the part of the game that keeps most of us here. Take part in these events and get involved with your Community!

[DÁIL]

The Dáil has been running smoothly and have voted on all issues.

We will be having official elections come the 25th as we will be back on the map.

If you wish to get involved, don't forget to run!

Moomoohead is also in the process of writing up a draft Constitution for the nation. He hopes to have it finished by the end of the weekend and will then submit it to me for review and finalizing the legislation.

This will then be brought before the Dáil by possibly Tuesday to be voted upon.

[The War With Argentina]

We have lost all battles with eArgentina but after successful negotiations we have managed to have them agree to giving us back one region for now. At the time of writing we are in control of the Resistance War and are in the lead 33-0.

The terms of the negotiation was that we would not fight heavily against Argentina in their Airstrike on Mexico. We complied and come tomorrow, the tricolour will be flown above Dublin again.

People have called this a bad move on my part and would have preferred to have fought our way to a total liberation and view me taking this deal as a cowards way out. Unfortunately for me, it is the cowards way out but it is with our best interests at heart.

We would not beat Argentina in our current state, and if we were to win, it would come at an exceptional cost. They would still be our neighbour and could NE us and wipe us without a problem again. Every bit of money and energy spent - wasted. This is not something I wanted to happen to the eIrish people.

We will have a fully free nation soon. Hold onto your pride.

Come to eIreland, see what we are all about.
