[SFP Chairman] Updates and thank yous

Day 3,110, 11:19 Published in USA USA by wookyjack

Dear Comrades,

I know it's long overdue, but its been a busy couple weeks. Thank you for electing me as your Party President (aka Chairman). There has been a lot of behind the scene work with the Revolutionary Committee (RC), and we are doing everything to make sure the integrity, continuity and solidarity of our party remains intact. There have been several things of importance that you should know about and that should get you up to speed on current events.

You have the option to read the whole article or just piece by piece. Up to you. This article will cover:

1 Blacklist and Amnesty
2 The National Security Council (NSC) and Resource Wars
3 Congress
4 Country President elections

Blacklist and Amnesty

In December 2015, a revolution had begun by members of the Socialist Freedom Party. These members fought for what they believed in: freedom from dictatorship rule. Gnilraps was elected Country President under the Socialist Freedom Party banners; he also plainly told everyone that he would not run a dictatorship if he won. Well, he won. Thusly, members of the Bear Cavalry, who are for the most part full of Socialist Freedom Party members, started a Revolution (aka Liberation war) to overthrow the dictatorship and they won. As a participant in this war, I knew full well what I was doing.

A majority of Congress was not pleased with the actions of these individuals or the party. Hence, they were blacklisted by that body of members which essentially prohibited any future Congressional participation.

Fast forward almost half a year later, and our comrade JA Lake proposed an Amnesty Bill to request that Congress remove those members from its blacklist. It was reviewed with mixed feelings. Overall, a majority of Congress requested for an apology or acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Several participants in the December Revolution have paid public penance to be unblacklisted by Congress; the others still remain blacklisted.

Where do we go from here?

As Chairman of the Socialist Freedom Party, I will continue to uphold the rights of our party members per our Constitution. I will ensure the 10 points of solidarity are pursued daily, in that, we will move on from this schism in Congress, and explore new ways to uphold the rights of all citizens and fight against any oppression, hardship or unlawful indictments against an individual’s freedom from playing this goddam forsaken game!

I will do my best to work with Congress, despite my personal feelings on a majority of its laws, specifically around the democratic dictatorship. To those who look upon us and wish us silenced, be rest assured, we will be not.

It is easy enough to say that man is immortal simply because he will endure; that when the last dingdong of doom has clanged and faded from the last worthless rock hanging tideless in the last red and dying evening, that even then there will still be one more soun😛 that of his puny inexhaustible voice, still talking. - William Faulkner

We (the SFP) are still talking.

The National Security Council (NSC) and Resource Wars

Melissa Rose and Tyler Bubblar put together a team of players in this government department before and during the Resource Wars. On behalf of the Socialist Freedom Party and Bear Cavalry, we would like to thank the following individuals who worked tirelessly, and successfully in obtaining as many resources for USA as possible. They were a constant and guiding light through and through.

Your efforts have clearly shown your dedication to making our country one of the best in this game. Good job.

Congress

Although the elections are wrapping up as admin sorts out multi votes, the Socialist Freedom Party would like to personally thank all participants who voted yesterday for our Congressional candidates. We are projecting 14 seats will be ours, with one for the OhFU party. Thank you so much for your support. We will do our best to make you proud and deal with the unstoppable poo flinging that happens all the time in Kongress.

Country President Elections

Per our Constitution, the Chairman (Party President) shall nominate or endorse eUSA Country President candidates based on the results of a Party primary conducted on the forum in the week prior to the elections. Country President elections are held on the 5th of each month. Results of the Party primary should be concluded no later than the 1st of each month.

The primary will be open on May 29th, 2016 and close on May 31st, 2016. Voting will commence on June 1st and close on June 3rd. Based on the results of the voting I will endorse a winner if a winner is chosen.

Already we have a candidate interested in asking for our endorsement: our very own James Schubert. Good luck to you, James, and any other candidates interested in our endorsement.

Peace!

Call me later though, I didn’t get them digits, girl.
