Invasion of the United Kingdom!

With invasion looming the United Kingdom needs to pull together and be ready.
All citizens in the United Kingdom should move to London to enforce our fortress region.

London is our most important region. It contains our only high grain resource (which is the only raw material we have) and most of our companies. Should this region fall, it shall be a massive blow to our country.

The more citizens in a region means it is more expensive to attack that region and the wall starts higher when it is attacked.
This makes it harder for people conquer the region as they have to pay a large sum of money to attack that region and then they have to fight through the large wall that is built there.
