[RAF] The Northern "Spot of bother"

Day 2,477, 15:35 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Grampa Alfagrem

Hallo chaps and female chaps,
I've been overly involved in the recent conflict but due to todays stand-down in activity I am finnaly able to write an article covering the past few days of fighting.

The Prelude

During the middle part of last month we were apparently engaged in a training war with Norway.

Whilst I don't recall much about it as I was involved in ATO efforts, I'm sure that a few of you managed to get your 25 kills a day there and perhaps a TP or two.

However things started to go a bit squiffy on the 16th of August.

So, with the mission complete and the war over we started to pack our kitbags, put the brylcreem away and prepared to go home and impress folks with tales of combat over Oslo.

However it transpired that we were not the only nation to suffer from occasional poor choices of CPs and whilst we were lucky enough to avoid such a happening this month we were shocked to discover that Norway had not been so fortunate.

The result was a raft of Natural Enemy proposals launched upon our nation or in the case of Germany in support of our nation;

The Assguardian lot were miffed we were able to roll over one of their members and the LETO lot seemed to think we had designs on fellow member Australia. Who perhaps unknown to many had actually taken up residence in Balmy Northern Scandinavia!

The Onslaught - 25th August

Denying the French - 26th August

Taking the initiative - 27th August

Fortress Trondenheim - 28th August

In Control - 29th August

Sweden Down, Canada stand alone - 30th August

So how did our contestants do during the "UK Gangbang" ?

So as the flames of war once more smoulder we closed our canopies and prepared to harvest some FF and RW medals until the shocking news came through that having failed against the UK our enemy was now intent on seeing if they could team up to shoot down our German allies!

The UK has responded with a DoW upon Norway and refreshed, re-armed and ready we scramble for the skies once more for another round with our foes.
