[QED PRO] ATO uncovered!

Q.E.D. Profiler: All TOgethers (ATO)
It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day… and thus a new chance for me to write a Q.E.D. Profiler. This time, we’re going to look at another party with a good participation in the survey (okay, they have about the same participation as The Belgian Dream, but I had to choose one): All TOgethers, or ATO.

Yes, all disclaimers from my previous articles still apply.

Key Stats:
Name: All TOgethers
Current Party President: Icurlybear

Members: 23
National Rank (in number of members): 5
Percentage of members who filled out the survey: 30,4%

Orientation: Center-left, Libertarian
Info: “If you have a question, you will be answered. If you want to make a suggestion, you will be heard. If you want to do something yourself, you will be assisted. If you want to help someone, you won’t be alone. The name says it all… All TOgethers”
Wiki: LINK

A few notes to start with…:
There’s not much to share as starting notes: the 7 respondents make up for 30.4% of the party. The respondents are very divers in terms of e-age, participation within the party, etc. So I would expect this to be a good view of ATO.

Immigration & Regulation:
The respondents vote quite close on Immigration and Integration topics, although not really voting on any extreme. They lean a bit more to regulated borders instead of open borders, but no-one is voting for very strict rules. They’re a bit more outspoken on HOF, opting to give them rights to various extends. Most vote to have the Law Book in some form as enhancement of the eRepublik experience (voting 4 or 5 on the 6-scale), although the average is near the middle because part of the members is greatly convinced we should only have the eRepublik Laws.

Communication:
ATO supports having the forum as means of communication, although they are not against the use of in-game PMs either (although a bit divided on that topic). They would like to see more governmental articles: while the opinion over all citizens is just a bit to that side (indicating many think it is good as it currently is), the ATO average is much more to the side of more governmental articles.

Economic and social cohesion:
ATO is divided on the means of production: many vote for communes to some extend, although there are also votes towards a free market. On the taxes, there’s much more consensus on a middleway: nearly all vote 3 or 4 on the 6-scale, meaning moderate taxes for both domestic production and labor, and import.

Foreign Relations & Military:
ATO members are divided on matters of Foreign Relations and Military affairs. Especially when deciding whether to join an alliance or to stay neutral, nearly all members vote one of these extremes, with the general opinion currently going towards staying neutral. They also disagree on how to put the eBelgian talents to good use: some think there should be as much ambassadors as possible, other think they should work on eBelgium affairs. They agree that the government should provide some MPPs.

QED SUMMARY:
When I have those numbers crunched by Excel, it tells me that ATO is…:
- a center-oriented party on economics (while leaning a bit towards communes, they are mostly in the middle on economical topics),
- a bit leaning towards some governmental influence (mainly caused by their desire for more governmental articles and slight preference for regulated borders), and
- very open in terms of communication (supporting HOF rights, more governmental articles and use of the public forum).

With all formulas on the backgroun😛 On a scale from -10 to +10 they would score -0.07 on the Socialist / Capitalist axis, and -2.00 on the Regulated/Authority vs. Liberty/Anarchy axis. On a scale from 1 to 10, they score a 7.2 on the internal/external focus.

Let’s add ATO into the gri😛

As they claim to be “center-left”, I find indeed the evidence to support that “center”. Also, their “libertarian” should mainly be “center”. So basically, they are a “center-center” party encouraging communication and involvement of others. In a way, that is what they claim on their wiki-page, being a party of “bridge-builders/opening doors” and collaborating with other parties.

QED Orientation: Center-center or Bridge-builders… I’ll let the choice up to them again.

Transparency: The Results:
To ensure I get some good questions of Chihiroh, there are all details:

Again, feel free to comment – I would especially like to know what ATO members think of their QED profile!
