Zdravím Vás drazí občané,
Omlouvám se, že píši později, ale chtěl jsem počkat, jak se věci vyvinou.
Nastal čas kdy si musíme zvolit to nejlepší možné rozhodnutí které ovlivní naší budoucnost. Chtěl bych poděkovat oběma našim velvyslancům a ministrovi zahraničí za výbornou práci.

Nyní bych vám chtěl představit naše diplomatické možnosti.
Rozpad TWO kompletně změnil diplomacii v erepublik a vznikají nové aliance, i když oficiálně není ještě nic potvrzeno. Naše země se nachází uprostřed dvou potenciálních táborů. Pro představu (navzdory tomu co říkají ostatní země) existují 2 tábory.

Jeden vedený Srbskem, se kterým je Slovinsko, druhý vede Polsko se Španělskem.
Ostatní státy zatím nerozhodně vyčkávají, co se bude dít. Minulý týden se říkalo, že Maďarsko je se Srbskem a další týden se říká, že jsou s Polskem. Pravda je taková, že nikdo neví kdo s kým bude, existují jen spekulace a pravděpodobně se žádná fakta neobjeví do konce mého mandátu.
Pro zemi jako jsme my není nic jasné, naše malá populace z nás nedělá klíčové spojence,ale máme strategickou pozici v srdci Evropy. Takže jaké máme možnosti?
Můžeme se spojit s Polskem nebo Srbskem, nebo můžeme vytvořit vlastní alianci menších zemí založenou pouze na obraně nebo můžeme zůstat neutrální a přihlížet schovaní v rohu.

Každý rozhodněte podle svého nejlepšího uvážení, zde je to co víme jistě.
Polsko věří, že budeme členy stejné aliance, otázkou je „kdy“? Určitě nebudeme zakladatelským státem, spíše budeme členy, až nás Poláci pozvou.
Srbsko nevyjádřilo příliš velkou přízeň ke členství v jejich alianci, nemají nic proti, ale nemáme s nimi žádný blízký vztah, jejich názor je čistě neutrální.
Maďarsku jsme nabídli alianci, ale zatím jsme s nimi moc nejednali a nemáme s nimi téměř žádné vztahy.
Rumunsko by nás chtělo mít ve stejné alianci jako budou oni. Rumusko se pokouší udělat si přátele a nikoho nevylučují. Naše země je celkem populární u současných leaderů, ale nesmíme zapomenout, že hodně dělají osobní vztahy občanů a všechno se mlže ve vteřině změnit.
Argentina je typickým príkladem toho co jsem psal předtím. Argentina nemá zájem v podepisování nové aliance, protože chtějí předejít konfliktu s Polskem, chtějí počkat, až se aliance kompletně zformují a potom si teprve vybrat přátele. Ukrajina a Bělorusko jsou v tuto chvíli zřejmě naši jediní spojenci, absence aliance s Ukrajinou neznamená, že naše vláda špatně funguje, ale mezi našimi zeměmi je kus historie a náš velvyslanec s nimi vyjednal pomoc v případě války.
To je vše co teď víme.

Sice mám jako prezident vlastní preference, ale nechci svou zemi poslat do něčeho podle vlastního názoru. Nechci nás poslat do nějaké nejisté aliance příliš brzy. A i když by bylo super říci před koncem „hej lidi, našel jsem nám místo v alianci“, radši odložím své ambice pro blízkou budoucnost.
Proto nezvolím alianci do konce svého mandátu, ale přenechám tento úkol příští vládě Jako pomoc jim připravím dobré vztahy se státy kteří by mohli bát našimi aliančními vůdci, Srbskem a Polskem.



Otázka referenda: Jaké diplomatické řešení upřednostňujete?
1 – Následovat Polsko
2 - Následovat Srbsko
3 – Vytvořit vlastní obrannou alianci
4 - Zůstat neutrální



Každý může odpovídat do komentářů, nebo mi poslat soukromou zprávu. Výsledky zveřejním ve finálním prezidentském článku. Výsledky zveřejním pro další vládu, aby věděli, co lidé chtějí a mohli se lépe rozhodnout o zvolení aliance.

Hello fellow citizens,
I write to you later (excuse me), since the events keep coming slowly at the end of term.
An end of term focused only on diplomatic relations, to make the best possible choice for our own future. I want to thank both our Ambassadors and our Minister of Foreign Affairs for their excellent work.
Let now the state of our diplomatic relations.

The dissolution of TWO has changed the diplomatic game, and former allies are now preparing for confrontation, although officially none of this is true.
Our country it is located in the middle of two potential camps. Just to summarize (and despite what other countries might say) there are 2 camps at the moment.
The one led by Serbia, which includes Slovenia, and that of Poland and Spain.
Other countries are now looking a place and hesitate, a week rumored say that Hungary would ally Serbia, the next week it is said that Hungary joined Poland. The truth is that nobody really knows who will join, there is only speculation, and we probably wont see some concrete things before the presidential term end.
For a country like ours it is not obvious, our small population does not make us a key ally, but we have a strategic position in the heart of Europe. So what are the options for us?

Let us join Poland or Serbia, or we create an alliance of countries more or less neutral based solely on the defense or we wait alone in our corner.
So that everyone can choose with knowledge of more elements, here is what we know today.

Poland believes that we will be members of the same alliance, the only question is when? Certainly not as a founding member, maybe added after Poland offers us, wait a little, wisely.
Serbia has not expressed the desire to see us in the same alliance, the Serbs have nothing against, but we have no particular affinity with them, their opinion is rather neutral.
Hungary we have proposed an alliance, but we didn't talk before so we don't know why exactly, all the more surprising that we have no relationship with Hungary.
Romania would be happy to have us at his side as a friend and ally. Romania tries to make friends and not exclude anything. Our country faces some popularity with current leaders, but do not forget that personal relationships play an important role and that everything can change quickly.
Argentina is the epitome of what I write just before, allies for several months, this time Argentina has no desire to sign a new alliance, ostensibly to avoid a conflict with Poland, informally the Argentina prefer to wait to see what alliance she will join then choose his friends.
Ukraine and Belarus are probably our only real friends for the moment, the lack of alliance with Ukraine does not mean that our governments do not get along well, more there is a long history between our three countries, and extraordinary (I insist) work of our Ambassador there, strengthens friendships and symbolic but valuable help in battle.

Here's what we know for now, here is how we are seen by those other countries.
I, as President, have a personal preference, but I don't want to send my country on a path just based on what I like. I don't want send my country too early in an uncertain alliance. And even if it would have been nice to finish this mandate by saying "hey guys, I found a place for us in an alliance", I prefer to put aside my personal ambition for our common future.
That is why I will not choose any alliance before the end of my mandate, I leave this task to the next government, to help I send him good relations with countries that could be tomorrow alliance leaders, Serbia and Poland. And more important, I transmit to the next government the view of the Czech people, who will be able to speak knowledgeably.

4 - Stay neutral and not join any alliance

I said that the results are just there to help the next government to see more clearly the will of the people, because it is mostly the next term that will really build future alliances.
