Hi America,
Thank you for voting for me on the 5th of November. It is truly an honor to lead this country again, and I am humbled by the support that I received on election day. I'll be covering a few things in this article, so lets get to it.
Indonesia
With the approval of Congress, USA has picked its next war target, which happens to be Indonesia. Indonesia is an old foe of our country, and has opposed us for years, although there was a brief thaw in relations during the CoT period. As an enemy neighbouring country that just had a huge baby boom, Indonesia presents a legitimate threat to us that must be dealt with, leading to this war. Enjoy the TP currency. We are also temporarily moving out of Spain, to concentrate on Indonesia, but North Korea shall remain an American bastion.
Arm America
Arm America is a program that gives out supplies (Q7 Weapons and Q5 Food) to people who fight in American priority battles. American priority battles are those that can be found in the DoD Orders. Any American can request weapons from Arm America regardless of Military Unit Affilation here: www.eusg.us/armamerica To make a request post a screenshot of your kills in a priority battle through the Arm America form and you will be compensated for up to 100 tanks and the food used in battle.
Follow battle priorities and get free weapons.
Campaign Promises
One of my main campaign promises was lower spending by the eUS government under me, and a promise that I will do everything in my power not to raise taxes. I want you all to know that I intend to stick to my promise. Unlike my opponent who's advocating a tax raise now that the elections are over, I believe that more money in the pockets of American citizens is a good thing and I will fight for this right.

The WT is up to Congress Critters to debate/decide, CP is welcome to make recommendation and could possibly sway opinion but that is it. You are doing it correctly when speaking in your article, congrats on not missing that point.
You cite the USForum thread "[Discussion] Increase Taxes" started by Jude Connors above with the intention that he is advocating a tax hike. His opening post is this:
"With an increase in the budget and funding for this pussy war coming up, plus the war spending from the previous months, it is time to see what we actually need to meet the Reserves Target Goal Number.
Let's get that discussion going, shall we?"
The title of the thread is misleading but the thread itself seems to be opening a discussion about the intent to raise taxes not to advocate for that. The key point being "...see what we actually need to meet the Reserves Target Goal Number.". I am not aware nor have I researched the background of this "Reserve" but it is my assumption that law has been passed requiring this "Reserve" to be filled to a minimum amount? Several countries have such a thing, it is common practice. If this is true then Jude IS WORKING to lower the WT by wanting to meet the qualifying amount of Reserve to trigger a reduction in WT.
Arrden asked "And what is the reserve target goal number?" but gets no answer. Jude reminds everyone (allowable since he is the originator of the thread) "Please remember to discuss target numbers in PRIVATE Congress, which is where the number has been for the past three months now.". Jude also states in the same reply "Also remember that if we continuously spend without raising taxes, we will spend ourselves out eventually." which is of course simply the truth. If you spend more than you make you go broke.
You (Wild Owl) reply "I'm against a tax raise." and I am grateful for that. Above you state "... lower spending by the eUS government under me, and a promise that I will do everything in my power not to raise taxes." This is great news! To my ears it sounds as if you and Jude are working toward the same goal, fiscal responsibility, a Reserve that is good for preserving our ability to wage war/defend ourselves and at the very least NOT RAISING WT. Now the discussion needs to be started to determine if WT can be lowered after the budget is balanced and the Reserve met. I think it should be smooth sailing after those conditions are met.
You continue to amaze me dilly by thinking that Wild Owl's stance was anything other than an attempt to get votes from BSP and WTP memberships... watch as he now goes and spends all he can 🙂
Call it a failing but I tend to take someone at their word until they prove to be unreliable. So far as I can tell there has been no excessive spending. What his motive may have been is irrelevant as we're talking politics. Manipulation is commonplace, you can't throw the baby out with the bath water.
