[NHL Hockey Pool] Closing The Gap

Day 1,463, 12:10 Published in Canada Canada by Rylde

What a diffrence a week makes for the pool standings. Lots of juggling and shifting this week thats for sure.

Middle of the pack as a whole has made massive ground on the leaders. One time dominator Muglack has slipped to 3rd.

Gary Hubert-Lupul,Phaneuf and Kessel are just not enough. Not much else u can say about the all Make me laughs picks.

Chewytaz- is still trying to catch the back of the pack but has lost ground due to lack of goal production from his offense. Datsyuk continues to haunt.

Alias Vision-Early challenger to catch the leaders has fallen on hard times and finds himself at the bottom of the average joes. 2 Bad defense picks as well as continued average goals from forwards are leavin him trailing.

Leo Balzac-Good week for him as he made up alot of ground on mid and is distancing himself from the cellar dwellers. Pittsburgh picks and decent D is gettin it done.

IronToader-Average steady week from the toad keeping him within striking distance of making a climb.

RoloTahmasee-Same that was said for Toad can be said for Rolo. Average and steady at this time. D is starting to fizzle though. Malkin and Fleury keeping him competitive.

Goerge Beeman-Finished last weeks strong climb with another strong week of moving up in points. Same position as last week but has created some breathing room from the bottom. Watch out if Ovechkin or Perry ever get going. Lundqvist is holding him back though. Damn Ewoks don't quit.

Simon Boucher-Continues his steady decline for a 2nd week with no help from Vancouver. Is also still suffering from Green doing nothing for a 3rd straight week.

Rylde-Has moved within striking distance of the top 3 thx to one Epic game from the Oilers kids on saturday. Biggest climb of the week at 39 points. Your next on the block Mugs.

Muglack-Continues to loss his one time dominance as the Sedins play average hockey. Still has the most dominant D picks although Bergeron has come back to earth. Still has a buffer thus far holding 3rd.

Treian-Dallas is back and so is Treian in a dogfight for first. High assist totals from forwards making up for lack of impressive scoring.

Mansbridge09-Top dog that could use a push from Hab pick ups to secure his spot at the top.
