En el día 2890 a las 00:00 (horario erepublik) mediante el presente acuerdo los países signatarios se comprometen al cumplimiento de las siguientes cláusulas:


1) PAÍSES INVOLUCRADOS.- El Pacto regional de no agresión involucra a Perú, Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia y Uruguay. El NAP se respetará aun cuando el congreso de alguno de los países mencionados vote una ley de Natural Enemy que atente contra este acuerdo. En ese caso, el gobierno del país involucrado se compromete a restablecer el orden interno y respetar lo pactado, publicando además, un artículo oficial con lo antedicho.


2) ARRIENDOS DE REGIONES Y ACUERDOS BILATERALES.- Quedan excluidos del siguiente NAP los arriendos de regiones entre países signatarios, debiendo consignar ante todos cuáles regiones son las alquiladas y que duración tienen dichos acuerdos mediante un artículo oficial en los países involucrados. Los artículos serán tomados como prueba fehaciente del acuerdo particular en lo que respecta a esta cláusula del NAP REGIONAL. En caso de existir conflicto por pagos o atrasos, se tratará el tema entre todos para encontrar una solución por vías diplomáticas.

3) DICTADURAS.- Ninguno de los países signatarios iniciará, apoyará o fomentará de forma oficial (o no oficial) un golpe dictatorial a las demás naciones parte del acuerdo. La cláusula se extiende, incluso, al golpe que puedan realizar países extranjeros en Sudamérica.
Se entiende por fomentar y apoyar el hecho de shoutear, setear COs, publicar artículos, establecer prioridades de defensa, y principalmente luchar en la batalla. En caso de producirse un golpe, quedará en cada país tener el buen gesto de ayudar al perjudicado o ignorar el asunto.
Sin embargo, aquellos autogolpes que decidan realizar los países aquí involucrados podrán ser apoyados por los demás, confirmando mediante artículo oficial que el golpe haya sido enviado por el propio gobierno electo en ese país.

4) AIRSTRIKES.- Basados en la experiencia del último acuerdo regional (TETAS), este NAP buscará cambiar aquellos elementos que fracasaron anteriormente: Los AirStrike.
Los AS´s que puedan caer en Sudamérica de países extranjeros no harán nacer ninguna obligación para los países signatarios. Cada cual está en su derecho de apoyar, ignorar o repeler ese tipo de ataques. Sin embargo, entre los países signatarios está prohibido enviar AS entre sí, aún cuando hayan expandido sus fronteras en otros países ajenos al pacto.
A modo de ejemplo: Si Uruguay se encuentra ocupando regiones de Pakistan, entonces ninguno de los países de aquí podrían tirarle un AS a Uruguay a su región originaria (Charrúa) porque lo prohíbe la cláusula 1 pero tampoco podrían hacerlo a las regiones conquistadas en Pakistan porque lo prohibe la cláusula 4.

5) CONFLICTOS.- En caso de producirse algún conflicto de intereses entre dos o más países signatarios y no logren, éstos, encontrar una solución, se convocará a una reunión entre todos los firmantes para intentar resolver el problema por vías diplomáticas.


6) PLAZOS.- La duración del acuerdo es de 30 días corridos, iniciándose el día 2890 a las 00:00 (horario erepublik).

7) FIRMAS.- Firman el siguiente NAP:

In 2890 day at 00:00 (eRepublik time) by this agreement signatories undertake to comply with the following clauses:

1) COUNTRIES INVOLVED.- The regional non-aggression pact involve to Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay. The NAP will be respected even if the congress of some of these countries vote a law of Natural Enemy in violation of this agreement. In that case, the government of the country concerned agrees to restore internal order and respect the agreement. They must publishing an official article too.

2) RENTAL REGIONS AND OTHERS AGREEMENTS.- Regions leased between signatory countries will be excluded from the following NAP. The countries involved must specify which regions are rented and how long have these agreements through a formal article. Published articles will be taken as valid proof in regard to this clause agreement. In case of conflict, the issue will be discussed between all countries to find a diplomatic solution.

3) COUPS.- The signatory countries can not start or support a coup to other nations involved on the agreement. The clause extends to coup that can perform foreign countries in South America.
It is meant to support the fact of shouts, seting COs, publish articles, establish priorities for defense, and mainly fight in the battle.
However, those selfcoups made by signatory countries may be supported by others confirming by offical article that the coup has been sent by the elected government.


4) AIRSTRIKES.- Based on the experience of the last regional agreement (TETAS), this NAP seek to change those elements that previously faile😛 The airstrike.
The AS's that may fall in South America from foreign countries will not rise any obligation for signatory countries. Everyone is entitled to support, ignore or repel such attacks. However, between the signatory countries are prohibited throwing AS to each other, even if they have expanded its borders in other countries outside the pact.
For example: If Uruguay has regions of Pakistan, then none of the countries here could throw an AS to Uruguay to his native region (Charrúa) because it prohibits clause 1, but neither could do it to the conquered regions in Pakistan because it prohibits clause 4.


5) CONFLICTS.- In case of other conflicts between two or more signatory countries that cant find any solution , they will convene a meeting of all signatories to try to resolve the problem through diplomatic way.


6) DURATION.- The duration of the agreement is 30 calendar days, starting the day 2890 at 00:00 (eRepublik time).


7) SIGNATURES.- Sign the following NAP:
