[MoEd] - Shop smart, save CC!

Hello!

I’m here to give you a tip for cheaper food. Now when you’re looking to buy food. You always want to make sure of how much you're paying for each energy point. Of course, energy is the essential thing needed to work, fight and train in eRepublik, also saving a bit of money may be worth it, especially if you’re saving up for companies or training grounds. It’s pretty simple and won’t take long to sort out.



Here is my GDoc with the price per energy point worked out for each quality of food, as we can at the time of writing this article Q1 food is the best value for money, at 0.025cc per energy point. However prices do change so make sure to change the table accordingly. It’s very easy to set up, you just have columns for the food, the cost, the amount of energy each unit of food has and the cost per energy point. In the cost per energy point you just take the cost and divide it by the energy per unit of food. The energy values of each quality of food are as follows

Q1 - 2 Energy
Q2 - 4 Energy
Q3 - 6 Energy
Q4 - 8 Energy
Q5 - 10 Energy
Q6 - 12 Energy
Q7 - 20 Energy

Trade Channels (IRC)

There are IRC channels for people buying and selling items on eRepublik. You can get cheaper food there, as well as weapons, most of them time legitimate. I won’t be promoting any of them, but if you are going to use them.Be careful. On a lot of IRC channels like this there are scammers of course, so make sure to trade with a verified person (normally with voice on the channel) and make sure to check the scammer list before sending any CC to a user. However, this still doesn’t mean you’re entirely protected.

Therefore I recommend against it and if you do actually do it then do it at your own risk.
