[MoD] New Global Competition

NEW TOURNAMENT

OK, whilst we are NOT in the World Cup Final competition, their is a 'Global competition for all countries, regardless of being in the final or not.' This starts on Day 2,422 until Day 2,428. So from 8am BST Tuesday 8th July 2014!

The Competition is relatively simple; Do as much DAMAGE as possible in the next week. We will be set targets, based on our military capability. The country will be set a target, and then players will be set their own as well, based on their military skill.

COUNTRY – The Country as a whole can gain anywhere from 75 to 7,000+ gold depending on how much it surpasses the damage target. The Country will also get a Defence Shield based on where we rank out of all countries, we could get a quality 1 shield if at position 51+, all the way to a quality 7 shield if we are in the top 5.

CITIZEN – You can earn strength, gold, energy bars, damage boosters and military rank point doubling, by hitting 100% of your personal target or more. Your personal target can be found on the homepage when you login.

DECORATIONS – Top 3 and Top 50 in the country, on both categories (Lvl 1-34 and Lvl 35+) will receive special decorations for their profiles.

It is important to note - Damage done with regular weapons and in Guerilla Fights will count normally. However, damage done with Bazookas, Bombs or Rockets will NOT count for the tournament.

Some Military Units may be able to offer extra assistance by way of weapon drops, get in touch with your Captains and Commanders to find out more. The NHS can help with food for those under level 30, apply by clicking the application at the bottom of this article.

PLAYER REWARDS

Players will also be rewarded when reaching certain targets:

- 100% -> 25 Strength
- 110 % -> 10 Gold
- 125% -> 10 Energy Bars
- 150% -> +50% Damage Booster for 2 hours
- 200% -> 30 Energy Bars
- 300 % -> Rank Points (doubles the Rank Points gained in the Tournament so far)
- 500% -> +50% Damage Booster for 2 hours
- 750% -> 50 Energy Bars
- 1 000% -> 30 Gold
- 1 500% -> +100 Energy Center for 30 days
- 2 000% -> 60 Energy Bars
- 2 500% -> +50% Damage Booster for 2 hours
- 3 000% -> 70 Energy Bars
- 4 000% -> 80 Energy Bars
- 5 000% -> 60 Gold
- 6 000% -> 100 Energy Bars
- For every 1 000% more -> 100 Energy Bars

Countries will be rewarded when reaching and surpassing targets:

- 100% -> 75 Gold
- 125% -> 100 Gold
- 150% -> 125 Gold
- 200% -> 150 Gold
- 300% -> 175 Gold
- 500% -> 200 Gold
- 750% -> 250 Gold
- 1 000% -> 500 Gold
- 1 500% -> 750 Gold
- 2 000% -> 1 000 Gold
- 2 500% -> 1 500 Gold
- 3 000% -> 2 000 Gold
- 4 000% -> 2 500 Gold
- 5 000% -> 3 000 Gold
- 6 000% -> 3 500 Gold
- 7 000% -> 4 000 Gold
- 8 000% -> 5 000 Gold
- 9 000% -> 6 000 Gold
- 10 000% -> 7 000 Gold
- Every 1 000% more -> 1 000 more Gold (8 000, 9 000 etc.)

- The Gold rewards will be added to the country treasuries when reaching the target.

Fight smart

Damage done in a battle that doesn't need it, is damage thrown away. If it is not needed there, fighting there only serves to waste your time and supplies. Try to fight in one of our priority battles which has the damage under 55%. Use your intelligence - if we have three priorities open, fight in the highest priority where your damage is needed.
