Prezadas eBrasileiras e eBrasileiros,

Anunciamos o acordo com Venezuela para início de uma TW (Training War) nos próximos dias.



TERMOS GERAIS

1. Começaremos com uma batalha direta. Ao contrário do normal, onde ganharíamos automaticamente, a batalha será lutada à vontade e coordenada de ambos os lados.

2. Só deverá ser usada FF, sendo proibido uso de EB's. O resultado do dano será apenas FF e Força.

3. Ambos os governos farão suas partes para garantir que aliados não influenciem nas batalhas. A TW será um exercício fechado entre ambos os países.

4. Se o país atacante perder, o outro deverá enviar uma batalha direta na região mais próxima do agressor e perder sem apresentar riscos ao oponente.

A TW começará quando o Brasil enviar o NE, portanto convidamos todos os comandantes de MUs nacionais para organizarem suas estratégias em conversas com o MD.




GENERAL TERMS

1.- It will begin with a direct battle. Contrary to the standard TW where Brasil wins it automatically, this time it will be fought openly and coordinated from both parties.

2.- You are only authorized to use your FF. It is NOT authorized to use EB's. The result of the damage will be only the product of your FF + Str.

3.- Both governments have to ensure that no foreign help will influence the battle. This way, the TW will be a closed exercise between the two nations.

4.- If the country sending the direct battle get defeated, then the opposite country will send a direct battle in the first aggressor territory and lose it without risk of representing any transgression to the opponent.


The TW will begin when eBrasil sends the NE, therefore we invite all the national MU commanders to coordinate with the MoD the schedule and different strategies that we will use in this new form of TW.
