[ILP] Congress elections

With the upcoming elections for the Dail imminent and the prospect of the county having 40 seats up for grabs again, it's an exciting time for new and old hands alike.

The party will continue it's long tradition of giving newcomers a taste of the high life, hoping they won't be scarred for life! As well as this, there is also a long list of experienced candidates to consider, making the choice of the final list not a job I'm looking forward to.

Currently, it looks like the next term will start at peace with our bullish neighbours, though events can change quickly. The last term has been lively at times, though generally civil and we would hope that this attitude will prevail. Different views make for a stronger society and Dail does have those. We do indeed live in interesting times.

Hopefully, tomorrow will see a follow-up article with the final list. In the meantime, please consider voting ILP.
