[I&W] Passing on the leadership

Dear I&W members and other citizens, today is my last day as partypresident of Iron and Wine I would like to introduce my successor and say a few words of thanks.

I've been party president since December and I set some goals back then which weren't all reached but I think there has a been a lot of progress towards the most important goal; I&W is back!

A foundation has been laid; we have a program again, we are active, our articles show style and consistency and most important there is enthusiasm within the party!


Daniel Parker

So this is my successor, the great, wise Daniel Parker. If you don't recognize that avatar you should take a look at these ...

... as that is the Daniel face most of us know 😛

He is one of the Dutchmen I respect most and he has served our country in lots of ways, I also think you can call him the only real eHistorican in the Netherlands as he has been archiving a lot on the eRepublik wiki. Daniel is surely one of the most experienced Players in the Netherlands who has extensive knowledge of our law and once started and administrated a successful party (IP).

I could tell a lot more about him but I suggest you take a look on his wikipage instead if you want to look up more details, all there is left to say for me is that no matter on how much our opinions differed on subjects in the past Daniel Parker has proven to be a good friend and a nice person and I fully trust the party to him.



Finally I'd like to thank all members of I&W who have supported / advised me during my terms as party president, I'm proud to call you friends and I even consider some of you as a kind of family after all this time, I hope to see a bunch of you again on the 22nd!
