The equipment is reserved to all soldiers who work in the Elite comapnies and its entity is linked to the player maxhit and the number of kills made the day before the request.

The equipments are made up of several items:

- Basic equipment;
- Daily bonus kills;
- Weekly bonus damage.

The basic equipment and daily bonuses are paid every day; to receive them, you only need to fill out a form, the weekly bonus is paid every wednesday with no need to make any request.

Below you can see the level of the equipment according to the membership division:

In addition to these values, there are 8 q7 for each extraordinary done (overtime is paid on a weekly basis).

In addition to the equipment, there are some extras:

- Discount houses for members of the MU (q1 quality, q2, q3 and q4)
- Financing for the purchasing of packs for all members belonging to the MU for at least one month
- Funding for the upgrade of the training grounds for all the soldiers of DIV1, 2, 3 who still have not made the maximum upgrade.

We are looking especially for strong soldiers of Div1, Div2 and Div4. Strong Div3 soldiers are anyway welcome to join one of the strongest Div3 in eRepublik. The requirements are:

Div 1 10k strength min
Div 2 30k strength min
Div 3 60k strength min
Div 4 90k strength min

Elite has always been the spearhead and the reference for all other eitalian MUs.

Getting into Elite means being part of a MU known and respected throughout the eworld.
You will have the opportunity to fight side by side of the great eitalian soldiers who ever trod the battlefields.
