[DoW] Supplying program, and Training Ground upgrading loan

Day 2,746, 12:34 Published in Japan Japan by H E X

Hey, there, citizen! Did you know...

...that up until the unilateral seizure of the country by the DNP-CtG-TLS cabal, eJapan actually provided it's citizens with a range of state services?

...that these included the "Guns and Butter" program, under which all citizens fighting in Divisions I and II were entitled to a daily allotment of weapons and food?

...that there was also a highly popular initiative that allowed citizens to apply for periodical gold loans to assist in the upgrading of training grounds?

...that, for reasons the dictatorship does not deign to disclose, the ministry tasked with running these programs has completely ceased to function?

It is the considered opinion of the free government of eJapan that you do not deserve to suffer deprivation on account of the complacent lethargy of tyrants. This is why we are taking it upon ourselves to reopen these programs on behalf of the people!

Effective immediately, all D1-2 citizens of eJapan, regardless of political (or ethno-linguistic) affiliation, may fill out this form once a day to receive a free supply of 10 Q7 weapons and 50 Q5 food.

All citizens may also apply for a (maximum) 15 gold loan toward training ground upgrades here. Priority shall go to those most in need.

If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding these services, please contact Madame Yang, Department of Welfare.

As before, it is important to note that this is not a charity; it is your right as a citizen of eJapan. This was established and upheld by popularly elected administrations many terms ago. The objective of the free government is to assume the role that the incumbent regime has proven incapable of filling. We are here to do our best to work for you in the absence of democracy and accountability in our country. Let us see each other through!

Madame Yang,
Department of Welfare.
