Mood Music: Why is Spain Crying?


It takes a lot to bring the Rough Riders out of retirement these days. Fighting the Pig Disgusting Double Spaniards is as easy a way as any to grab our attention.


During my tenure as the President of these eUnited States, I had a number of meetings with the Double Spaniards. At the time, we were still in the aftermath of our departure from Sirius after we declined a poorly-planned and under-committed demand involving Spain. Then-President Molly Emma made the bold and necessary decision.

Against my better judgement, I was open to improving relations with Spain. It was a major part of my platform: being open to discussions and willing to find solutions to past conflicts. What became clear to me in those meetings is that Spaniards are unwilling to commit to a course of action. On multiple occasions, they expressed interest in renewing our mutual protection pact, but also stated concern at the response of their Congress to the idea.

The same ideas (media blitzes in both countries regarding the other, etc.) were presented in each meeting, but never resulted in action.


The Almighty Dio has many things to say about Double Spaniards and none of it is good. It is in His name we ride to conquer the lands of the oppressors and to remove the Pig Disgusting Double Spaniards from their lands. The Rough Riders were formed to fight Spaniards and now we Ride again against them, our eternal enemy.
