Hello, citizens of eIsrael. Today I write to you in order to update you regarding the various ministries.
We’re improving every minute in every sector and it shows. However the term is nearing its end but we are not stopping.


eIDF - Defense

Surely some of you have been invited into the various divisions within eIDF - Approve those invites! Myself and thezorcane have begun arranging the unit to maximize efficiency from all soldiers instead of seeing the damage gets scattered into the wind. The divisions are by your strength and level (Divisions 2/3/4) with active Captains who get a mass PM evey day regarding priorities. The new guys has their own MU, run by the Ministry of the Interior. In addition, note that we are cleaning up the entire eIDF by removing players who haven’t fought around 4 days and haven’t notified in advance, it is only befitting for an active player to fight - Take heed!



eIDF has improved supplies to D4 fighters to 6 per day. With that eIsrael has gained two new Gods of War - Myself and Israel3 and of course the 5 year eRep birthday which has strengthened us all. I hope you all got the most out of it and we’ll continue to win Resistances smoothly.

Foreign Affairs

The work done by our ministers in this sector is done in close quarters, however that doesn’t mean we have nothing to say - The chosen ambassadors have already submitted reports regarding their respective countries, the more interesting countries got an article - Two reports are out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is here. I’m aware that it got delayed and that was due to a lack of time from our MoFAs lately. Take a look here and here.

Regarding MPPs, this week we’ve only signed with eUSA. We’re short on cash and my goal is to maximize efficiency in this matter. 2 of 6 countries we’ve signed an MPP with since the beginning of the term have funded our side of the MPP as well as their own. Why eUSA and no other country? - First off, they’re a powerful country. Their relations with eIsrael are undeniable due to past events with or without an MPP. Signing MPP with them gives us an advantage in case of an NE situation. So what if they’re not so pro-EDEN, that’s nonsense, EDEN and proEDEN countries sign with eUSA and there’s no reason we shall not as well.

Interior

And of course, the ministry that without it we wouldn’t have the activity we’ve had the last couple of days - After a long while without new players we have a drizzle of new players daily, we’re on a roll! Our team is working as much as possible in order to bring new players and keeping them in the game and it shows! For those who follow you can see that in the past week we’ve passed 45 new players per day and even got to 70, more than 1,200 active citizens total. But how can you know if they’re active at all? For those of you who don’t follow eGov - Our fighters number has increased drastically. Compared to previous months where we were at around 155, we were able to surpass 200 this month, and now stand at around 190.


And even with all that, one final push is needed

Our team is still working hard all day, I call everyone to come to the MoI channel and help out wherever you can. Let’s keep this up and get to 1,400 citizens in the time we have left. If you want a Baby-Boom this is the time so give 110% - Contact our MoIs, Ori, Rom or Assaf. New players won’t come on their own so let’s push eIsrael towards the place it deserves.

Economy

We’ve had a quiet and profitable week. We haven’t spent much on eIDF supplies and got 115 gold income from the congressman medals donation. I ask everyone to keep donating because it’s for the country’s benefit only! And now, our three sections since our MoF has left and I run the ministry with Rickolas



You can see that in the beginning of the week we’ve had two donations - The first from a citizen that changed citizenship to eIsraeli of 10g and then 870CC from me to buy supplies (50 tanks for eIDF). We’ve got 5 gold from a congressman that was elected in October and 115 gold from November congressmen - An amazing amount for a few days. During the week 9,345 CC were spend on eIDF supplies (And adding my donation we get to 10,215 while Sayeret Matkal got no supplies at all this week). In addition, a few days ago 15g were converted to CC for 5,970 CC. We’ve also gotten 10g from a citizen that quit.



In this picture we can see two numbers in each row (Red and green). The green in local currency represents the amount we’ve started with in October until now in the org. It includes the cash we’ve started with at the time, compensation from Turkey, deal with Iran and other donations. In short - Income. Red represents our expenditure from the treasury from October and until now whether it’s membership fee for EDEN or converting CC to gold in the market. Since the beginning of my term 60,809.644 CC left The org (Value not included) whereas 36,568.2 CC went for eIDF supplies (2,650 for Sayeret Matkal, this week 9,345 for eIDF unit and 5,532 funded by me since the beginning of my term) and 33,973.444 for supplies to Samson which is no longer being funded but was funded for a week and a half (4,200 CC of that by me).

In the second row we can see the sum of gold from October with all income to the org until today. In the last week 135g went into the org (115g of which is November’s CM medals). The only expenses were 15g that were converted into 5,970 CC.



As you know, since two and a half weeks ago I’ve started following eIsrael’s daily income from taxes. Last week we’ve earned around 1,049.62 CC per day. After reviewing this week’s data we’ve earned 675.33 CC per day. This is a sharp and disappointing decrease - If people don’t buy in the eIsraeli marker and buy anywhere else eIsrael’s losing money on this. I ask again, everyone buy and sell only in eIsraeli market! Without this income we won’t have money to fund MPPs.


In conclusion, my term might be coming to an end but we’re not stopping. I’ve updated you whenever I could about the week we’ve had and I can honestly said it was a good one. All ministries worked wonderfully and let’s hope we’ll continue on this road. My term will end in a week but you’ll see a final update reviewing the entire month in every aspect.

שלום, אזרחי ישראל. היום אני כותב לכם בשביל לתת לכם עדכון על הנעשה במשרדים השונים.
אנחנו משתפרים מרגע לרגע בכול תחום ובהחלט אפשר לראות את זה. אומנם הקדנציה מגיעה לסופה אבל לא עוצרים.


צה"ל - משרד הביטחון

בוודאי חלקכם קיבלו הזמנות למחלקות בתוך יחידת צה"ל - אשרו אותם! אני ועידו התחלנו לסדר את היחידה, למען מקסימום יעילות מכול החיילים במקום לראות דמג מפוזר במקומות שלא צריך בכלל. המחלקות מסודרות לפי כוח והמחלקה שלכם בקרב (2, 3 ו-4) עם קפטנים פעילים שמקבלים הודעות שרשרת כול יום לאיפה לקבוע את הפקודות. לחבר'ה החדשים במשחק יש את היחידה שלהם, שמנוהל ע"י צוות משרד הפנים. בנוסף, שימו לב כי אנחנו עושים ניקוי ביחידת צה"ל כול כמה ימים ומוציאים שחקנים שלא נלחמו בסביבות הארבעה ימים ולא הודיעו על כך, כי מן הראוי ששחקן פעיל ילחם - קחו לתשומת לבכם!



צה"ל מתחיל להשתדרג במעט ואספקות לחיילי המחלקה הרביעית עלו בתחילת השבוע ל6 טנקים ביום. אבל עם כול זה לא רק באספקה אלא גם בחוזק של החיילים שלנו שלאחרונה ישראל הרוויחה עוד שני אלי מלחמה שזה אני ומשה וכמובן חגיגת ה5 שנים לאירפ שחיזקה את כולנו. אני מקווה שכול אחד הפיק מזה את המיטב ונמשיך לנצח את המרדים שלנו בצורה חלקה.

יחסי חוץ

אומנם העבודה של שרי החוץ שלנו נעשית בדלתות סגורות אבל זה לא אומר שאין מה להגיד; השגרירים הנבחרים כבר הגישו מספר דוחות על המדינות אליהן הם נשלחו, והמדינות היותר מעניינות זכו לכתבה, זה אומנם התעכב במעט אבל שני דוחות כבר באוויר - קחו מבט כאן וכאן.

מבחינת בריתות, השבוע חתמנו עם מדינה אחת בלבד והיא ארה"ב. אנחנו קצרים בכסף והמטרה שלי להוציא את המקסימום יעילות בעניין הזה. 2 מתוך 6 המדינות אשר חתמנו איתם ברית מתחילת הקדנציה מימנו את הצד שלנו בהסכם. למה ארה"ב ולא מדינה אחרת? - קודם כול, הם מעצמה. היחסים שלהם עם ישראל לא ניתנים לשבירה מארועים אשר התרחשו בעבר בלי או אם לחתום ברית. חתימת ברית איתם מביאה לנו יתרון בלילה במקרה של אויב טבעי. אז מה אם הם לא הכי פרו עדן, שטויות. מדינות עדן ופרו עדן חותמות איתה ואין סיבה שגם אנחנו לא.

פנים

וכמובן... המשרד שבלעדו לא הייתה לנו את הפעילות בימים האחרונים; אחרי הרבה זמן של חוסר בשחקנים חדשים, מספר דליל ביותר של נרשמים למשחק מדי יום, אנחנו על הגל! הצוות שלנו עובד חזק ככול האפשר על הבאת שחקנים חדשים והשארתם במשחק ובהחלט אפשר לראות זאת! - למי שעוקב היה ניתן לראות כי במהלך כול השבוע האחרון עברנו את ה45 נרשמים ליום ואפילו הגענו ל70 - יותר מ1200 אזרחים לא מתים בטוטאל. אבל, איך אפשר לדעת אם הם פעילים באמת? לאלו מכם או לאלו שלא עוקבים אחרי אגוב - מספר הלוחמים שלנו עלה בצורה דרסטית ביותר. לעומת חודשים קודמים שמספר הלוחמים היה בסביבות ה155, הצלחנו החודש לעבור את ה200; וכעת אנחנו עומדים על איפה שהוא בסביבות ה190.


אבל...עם כול זה, צריך דחיפה אחת אחרונה.

הצוות שלנו ממשיך לעבוד ועובד חזק כול הזמן ביום; אני קורא לכולם לבוא לצאנל של משרד הפנים ולבוא לעזור במה שאתם יכולים. בואו ונמשיך את המומנטום ואפילו נגיע ל1400 אזרחים בזמן שנשאר. אם אתם רוצים בייביבום זה הזמן לכך אז בואו ותתנו 110% מעצמכם - צרו קשר עם שרי הפנים שלנו אורי, רום או אסף. השחקנים החדשים לא יבואו מעצמם אז בואו נדחוף את ישראל למקום שהיא אמורה להיות בו.

כלכלה

היה לנו שבוע שקט ורווחי. לא הוצאנו הרבה כסף על אספקות צה"ל ונכנסו בימים האחרונים כ115 גולד מתרומת המדליות של הקונגרס. אני מבקש מכולם להמשיך לתרום - כי זה רק אל טובת המדינה! ועכשיו, שלושת הקט' שלנו בתחום מכיוון ששר האוצר שלנו כבר לא בתפקיד ורק אני ועומרי מנהלים את האוצר;



אפשר לראות שבתחילת השבוע היה לנו שתי תרומות - הראשונה מבן אדם אשר הגיע אל ישראל לא מזמן בסכום של כ10 גולד ולאחר מכן 870 שקלים ממני לקניית אספקות (50 טנקים לצה"ל). קיבלנו 5 גולד מחבר כנסת שנבחר לחודש אוקטובר; בכול שאר החודש עד היום נכנסו כ115 גולד מתרומות של חברי הכנסת - מספר מדהים בימים אחדים. במהלך השבוע יצאו כ9,345 שקלים למען אספקות צה"ל (אם מוסיפים את התרומה שלי המספר הוא 10,215 ש"ח כאשר סיירת לא קיבלה אספקה בכלל השבוע הזה). בנוסף מלפני מספר ימים נעשתה המרה של 15 גולד לשקלים תמורת 5,970. חוץ מזה קיבלנו עוד תרומה של 10 גולד ממשתמש שפרש.



בתמונה אפשר לראות שני מספרים בכול שורה (אדום וירוק). הירוק במטבע המקומי מייצג את הסכום אשר התחלנו איתנו בחודש אוקטובר עד עכשיו בארגון. הוא כולל את הכסף שהתחלנו איתו באותו הזמן, כסף הפיצוי של טורקיה, העסקה עם איראן ותרומות אחרות. או בקיצור - ההכנסות. האדום מייצג את כול ההוצאות שלנו מהאוצר מחודש אוקטובר ועד עכשיו בין אם זה דמי התשלום לעדן או החלפה של שקלים למען גולד בשוק. מאז התחלת הקדנציה שלי יצאו כ60,809.644 ש"ח מהארגון (ערך לא כלול) כאשר 36,568.2 שקלים הלכו לקניית אספקה לצה"ל (כאשר 2,650.5 ש"ח מהם יצאו לקניית אספקה לסיירת, השבוע 9,345 ש"ח לקניית אספקות ליחידת צה"ל וכ5,532 ש"ח מומנו ע"י מתחילת הקדנציה) ו33,973.444 ש"ח יצאו לקניית אספקה ליחידת שמשון שלא ממומנת יותר אך מומנה רק שבוע וחצי (כאשר 4,200 ש"ח מהסכום מומן ע"י).

בשורה השנייה אפשר לראות את סכום הגולד הכולל מחודש אוקטובר עם כול ההכנסות לארגון עד היום. בשבוע האחרון נכנסו כ135 גולד לארגון (כאשר 115 גולד מהם הם מתרומות מדליות הכנסת). ההוצאות היחידות היו כפי שנאמר למעלה 15 גולד תמורת 5,970 ש"ח בשוק.



כפי שאתם יודעים מלפני שבועיים וחצי בערך התחלתי לעקוב אחרי ההכנסה היומית של ישראל מהמיסים. בשבוע שעבר הרווחנו בממוצע ליום כ1,049.62 ש"ח. לאחר בדיקת הנתונים של השבוע הנוכחי הרווחנו 675.33 ש"ח ליום. זוהי ירידה חדה ויחסית מאכזבת - אם אנשים לא קונים בשוק של ישראל וקונים בכול שוק אחר, ישראל מפסידה מזה. אני שוב מבקש מכולם לקנות ולמכור אך ורק בשוק הישראלי! בלי ההכנסות הללו לא יהיה לנו כסף לממן בריתות!


לסיכום אנשים; הקדנציה שלי אולי מגיעה לסיומה אבל אנחנו לא עוצרים. עדכנתי אותכם בכול פינה אפשרית על השבוע שעברנו, ואני בוודאות יכול להגיד שהוא היה מצוין. כול המשרדים עובדים בצורה נפלאה ובוא נקווה שנמשיך בדרך הזאת. הקדנציה שלי תסתיים עוד שבוע אך עדיין תראו ממני עוד עדכון אחד וסופי שמסקר את החודש כמעט מכול מבחינה.
