Well its looks like your stuck with me for another month. Thank you to all the parties who endorsed me with the nod of leadership MDP,PFC, Muppets and whatever Rolo calls his party today. What choice did you really have. Even if you don't like me it must be admitted that my last term went well considering the circumstances. I expect this term to contain more of the same as last.
Were a war torn nation but as everyone knows thats when the nation is at its best. I will continue to lead the war to the best of my ability but we'll need every citizen on the field fighting for Canada.
LETO
Congress passed the bill approving our membership into Asteria's sub alliance LETO. The in game vote to have us officially join is currently being voted on. It will nice to actually be part of something again and not always on the outside looking in.
Money, MPP's and Reserves
Until further notice all our MPP's will be screened at this time and all Congressmen are to vote no unless otherwise informed. We can only sign a few and those will be the choice ones. Klop is already being put to work informing our friends of our situation.
The country is broke as touching the gold is not our preferred method of country operation. I was lucky to get 600 gold last term for the war effort. I'm hoping we'll start holding our territory a bit longer for a time so we can get some tax cash again. I'm also not pinning all my plans on this either though.
We currently have reserves of cash left over from last month that I've held for CO's and the war drive. I'll continue to use it conservatively running the war and trying to chalk up country victories. I will of course not give a public number as thats sensitive information. We have more than nough to last the term.

I would like to get this contest over and done with so i can move forward with other projects. there's 6 spots left and 2000cc gets you in a max of 3 times.
Be prepared for more donation drives to continue funding the war effort. I say we have enough to last the term but there called reserves for a reason and you can never not have enough just in case.
USA
I expect them to launch another NE at use once there done there war with France. i'd prefer it if they didn't and left us alone so we could both ignore each other and go about our business of backing international allies. Canada will go about targeting important american regions through RWs in response to any aggression.
After BC is liberated we will cease all aggression on USA and Baja until such time as they NE us again
Spain
Spains capital was moved to Aragon as per there request when libertaing Ontario. We will go about the process of officially seeing them off back to there home in Europe. As always it was a pleasure having you kick us in the nuts on behalf of the UK.

How about we put some "game" in the game. Way back off on the US, how about some real fun.
Let's get together with France, Mexico, Japan, Ireland, and any other small country the US likes to think they can just own. A coordinated effort by a handful of small countries would just make their lives miserable. A team of fleas winning RW's. A team of fleas winning US states.
A big dog can always find and kill a single flea. Have you ever watched a big dog running in circles trying to kills a bunch of fleas? Why cozy up to big dogs from Euroland who could really give a rat's ass about us.
Coordinate a hand full of small dogs and make the big dog froth at the mouth. No one is going to help them out, even their new friends don't like them.
Reply to self: That will never work Dove. We have to keep playing this old tired game the same old tired way we always have. The only way to play the game is for the small countries to beg to be part of an alliance controlled by one of the Euro superpowers. The game must be played for their benefit in their becoming dominant in Euroland. Small countries must do what they're told. Small countries must know their place in the game. No "gaming" for them....just spend and click where you're told to.
